Quiet rooms. The rooms are on the small side but not too small.
Excellent staff, helpful when needed.
Close to many excellent restaurants (this is France, after all), with reasonable prices.
The hotel breakfast is worth it.More

Yes, 30 min by taxi or you can walk to the train station RER (10 min walk) and I believe there is a stop at Saint Quentin en Yvelines. This area is not congested so no problem, you chose the right hotel.

Hi, I've been to the Foire de Chatou and stayed in this hotel. You come out of the hotel, turn right, then right again and at the first traffic lights turn right again. Keep going and you will reach Chatou and the foire which is on the right hand side along the river. In the car it takes five minutes. Walking will take 30 minutes along the main road.
The metro station is five minutes' walk from the hotel but not sure if it will connect to Chatou.
The Foire is a wonderful experience so schedule a whole day at least to explore it.
I offer tours of Paris if that's of interest.
