I regularly stay in the Pullmann, it is one of the best options when staying in the CDG airport area. A short 2 minute train ride from the terminals, and right at the metro station to Paris, the location is just perfect. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, sheets and pillows perfect and the hotel has a nice modern flair. Breakfast is good and there is a nice bar if you've got nothing to do in the evening. I'll stay there again!

Pullman CDG has apparently been recently refurbished and the suite with additional connecting room was extremely nice with great beds and some amazing duvets and pillows.
The place is extremely quiet.
I wouldn’t recommend access to the hotel by the CDG Val if you have bulky luggage as it turned out to be quite of an ordeal with all the escalators...
It is a pity that there is no shuttle service offered which is a standard in most high range airport hotels.
Dinner was also a bit of a let down even if food and service were pretty good.
The restaurant closes at 10.30 so you would imagine that the kitchen would close at 11.30 to properly serve guests but it is in fact the kitchen that closes at 10.30 so we were a bit rushed up to place our order and had people preparing the dining room for breakfast while eating... Not the most welcoming feeling.
A bigger let down was even breakfast where the quality of croissants was pretty bad. They were hard and chewy, same for the bread...

After taking the TGV straight to CDG, we stayed at the Pullman the night before a plane trip. With easy access to the CDGVAL, the hotel is perfectly situated. The rooms are very quiet, decorated with tasteful modern decor, spacious - especially by European standards, and have nice bathrooms. We enjoyed a great room service meal that reflects well on the hotel's restaurant. And the staff is professional. You couldn't ask for more from a hotel airport!

As stated in past reviews, this is now my preferred choice when staying at CDG before returning home and this hotel never disappoints. This time I selected a Superior room and it was perfect. Large and super comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with large shower, large TV, coffee maker, fridge with small selection of drinks. Room is very quiet. You don't hear a thing like other guests or planes.
The hotel has a nice restaurant, but can be pricy, so I always go eat at the Ibis (not the Ibis Styles). Their restaurant has a buffet option for around 26 Euros with a great selection (especially deserts!)
I did however get breakfast as it was wonderful as always. Just like pre-covid days, which was appreciated. I strongly recommend you book with this breakfast option as it will be cheaper than getting it there.
See you again next time!

Location : Hotel is located in between terminal 1 & terminal 2 also you can reached the terminal very handy because the connection trains is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
Room & Amenities : Clean and standard of Pullman. (coffee machine & boiler are provides in the room). Minibar, slipper etc.
Restaurant & Bar : Bar & restaurant are exactly same area for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Dinner food is pretty good, must try!
Pool & gym : Pool is on the underground floor, is pretty good to relaxing before take off or landing indeed! (Pool is heated).
Reception & service : Thank you reception at Pullman and all staffs at the bar & restaurant. Service are excellent.
Tip for the room : High floor with runway view if you like to watch flight take off or landing!
Note : cleanse at waiting area/yellow sofa near the bar is very poor (because when we have arrived we just waiting for our room but there is facemark on the floor, tissu on the floor and coffee cup on the table).

Stayed already several times at this hotel and always happy to be back.
Rooms are very spacious, great beds and the rooms are well isolated you don’t hear anything from outside. Bathroom with rain shower.
The restaurant is a fantastic. I was impressed by the professionalism of their staff, especially the Maitre d’hotel Mr. Rebeiro Thomas, he did everything to make our restaurant experience as pleasant as possible. The menu didn’t change when we were there for 5 nights so he proposed us something else made by the chef which was highly appreciated. The other staff members were also very friendly and helpful, from room service to reception staff. I highly recommend the hotel to everybody.

Not having stayed in a Pullman Hotel we looked forward to it and chose it over other hotels due to it being 4 star. Not sure how they got the 4 stars as it was a big let down. The rooms were modern & beds comfortable but that was about the only highlight.
Long waits at reception to check in which included all staff abandoning the reception for 2-3 minutes at a time. Wrong bed for our child in the room which is no issue but the person who came to change it was very unhygienic, did not follow COVID rules and spent the whole time changing the bed speaking to someone on his mobile. We cant open the windows after he left so had to keep the door open. We could not get a table for dinner as we had not booked so inquired about room service to be told they could only supply cold meals. The menu even if we could have eaten was not child friendly at all. We ended up leaving he hotel to eat in another hotel. The toilet in the room had not seen bleach under the bowl for years and was disgusting. one small shower gel/amenity for 3 people. Again at check out the staff were over worked and left us standing for time alone.
I travel weekly all over Europe but would not consider a Pullman or Accor hotel again at this time. Deeply Disappointing.

For the purpose, a stayover between flights and isolation from Paris by strikes, this is of course the first choice. A hotel, which is rather high price but appropriately so given the quality of delivery. Listed as a four star it would anywhere else but Paris assigned 5 stars. From the rooms, clean, large, and nicely furnitured, to the pool with extended opening hours, this is worth a visit before or after long haul flights. Also, since the bus connection to Orly is not subject to disturbancies, one has more flexibility than from hotels in town. The rooms are quiet, which is amazing in the middle of an airport.

We stayed one night because we were leaving early the next morning. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. Food was amazing, and the bathroom was very nice. Absolutely no complaints! We were able to walk from the hotel directly to terminal 3, in about 5 minutes, and the pink line shuttle will take you to the hotel from terminal 2. Great stay and service!

This hotel is a shame for Accor group. There is no 4 stars here anymore. The staff of Pullman CDG is careless, there are « funny » business going on in the lobby. The waiters of the bar are making sexist remarks. In the room, the carpet is dirty, the towels and bedding smell weird. There is insufficient water pressure in the shower in floor 1 of the building. To avoid at all cost and the management should rethink its customer relationships management entirely.
