The theme and general atmosphere of the hotel was done to a very high standard. Lots and Lots of guests and in fairness they/we were well dealt with very well. Great staff, informed and helpful. One must remember this is a catering for the masses experience. Disney were geared up to deal with it and pretty much got away with...

We booked this hotel as it was one of the cheaper options, I must admit after reading TripAdvisor reviews I was a tad worried, I didn't need to be! Breakfast is a bit of a free for all but it's fine, good coffee, croissants, cereals, toast etc. We booked the 7.30 option which was a bit quieter, about 8am it...

Well, where do I begin. After reading previous reviews about the Hotel Cheyenne, I was preparing myself for the worst, but I had absolutely nothing to worry about! Our room was situated in the 'Geronimo' building, a short walk from the general store, games room, reception and the Chuck Wagon restaurant. The rooms were a good size, with a double...

Hotel Cheyenne is fantastic, for only a two star we were not expecting the standard we got. The hotel has gone into so much detail with the western theme, as soon as you walk up to the hotel grounds you immediately know what hotel you are at-very realistic! staff were very helpful, smiley faces and happy to help. when we...

Just returned from five days staying here, the rooms are spacious and for a family of 4 just perfect. The bunk beds are big and bulky and my daughters 7 and 2 loved them. There was a kettle and safe in our room but no tea coffee or cups (we didn't expect them). The hotel looks like an old western...

This themed hotel was just amazing! A real Western feel, with cowboys theme extended to the rooms, which were just perfect size for a family. Very clean and modern, with TV. The food hall was very well organised and caters well for the masses. Disney characters are around at many times throughout the day for photos, pony rides and other...

Myself, my sister and my two children age 6 & 5 have just returned from a three day visit to Disneyland Paris. We didn't have high expectations as we got a cheap deal that included park tickets, standard half board and three nights at the Hotel Cheyenne. The rooms are fine, we just used ours as a base after being...
