We stopped here on a cycling trip to Paris. It's slightly off the route, but worth the detour. Inside the gates, a drive runs through the lovely gardens to an amazing house. The B&B is on the side, accessed through a dining room. The bedrooms are beautiful, with great light and lovely bathrooms. Breakfast is very good and tea and...

I had a long journey through France. I suddenly became overcome with fatigue. I needed to find a bed for the night, fast. I checked online and found that I was about 25 minutes away from Chateau Dubois De La Lune. I made the reservation. The beautiful Chateau rents only three rooms, so you need to act fast to secure...

We stayed here for one night on our way to Toulouse. Wish it could have been two nights. A truly lovely mansion style setting with warm and wonderful hosts. The golden retrievers are also two bundles of joy and happiness. The spa is a welcome treat after a long day.

We stayed for one night here in December en route from the Dordogne to the UK and we would certainly stay again. We had an extremely friendly welcome from Mme Bonleu who was also very helpful, advising a great restaurant nearby, booking both a table and a taxi for us. Evreux is a short drive/taxi ride away. Breakfast was lovely...

An accident on the highway diverted traffic and delayed our trip to the Chateau but the GPS took us directly to the large iron gate that required access. What a lovely site, as we drove across the green fields the Chateau sprang forth into view. We were met by the owner Roselyn who was warm, professional and so very helpful....

One of the few places we've stayed where the 5-star ratings are fully justified. Even arriving is an event as you are greeted by a magnificent pair of wrought-iron gates that provide the first inkling that this will be a memorable experience. Roselyne and her family are charming and delightful, Roselyne even kind enough to make reservations for us at...

Our stay here was the accommodation highlight of our three week trip around France. It has everything going for it; Roselyn, Eric and their children are delightful, welcoming and gracious. The house is majestic and beautiful. The room we stayed in was magnificently huge, stylishly furnished and a pleasure to be in, the bed was divine, the breakfast in the...

“We stayed in the ground floor room and one of the upstairs rooms. Both were beautifully appointed, had exceedingly comfortable beds and large wet rooms; the upper room had the benefit of overlooking the gardens”

“Any room you choose will be fabulous but they do have one on the ground floor for those who don't want to deal with stairs (and two upstairs).”

“All three rooms are superbly appointed, spacious and confortable, but it is probably preferable to be in one of the two rooms on the first floor.”
