Very delicious food is served in the restaurant in this little village. Nice fish, tender meat, good octopus, good risotto- and all of it is beautifully arranged. Surprisingly high food standards. To be recommended.

If you are staying locally, this is a lovely place to eat on a summer's evening. Good atmosphere, near the church. Food very good. Slightly difficult to reach but worth the trip. Would suit families, couples, individuals because of the space available to eat.

We were really delighted with our stay here, but first to qualify: signage from the main road is minimal, don't try the steep winding road in the dark, and very little English is spoken. now for the good part! Rooms are large and clean, with perfect little patios. The breakfasts are gigantic with too many baked goods to list; great cappuccino. The site has a rural feel: church bells, cow bells, chickens, and lots of birds. Our hosts were more than kind, and tried to help with anything we needed. About 30 minutes around the top of the lake to Stresa.
