Always use Premier Inn, never normally disappoint and on this occasion continue in the same vain. Breakfast was good and the evening meal was excellent value £10.99 for two Mains served fresh and hot all exceeded expectations.

Great location clean and modern. Lovely dressing table for make up. Very comfortable bed. Spacious and child friendly. Helpful reception and cleaning staff. Good value for the three of us. Will be using again in summer.

Just off the main A19, directions were clear. Room was clean and tidy, plenty of hot water, for showers. Took a little time to work out how turn the kettle on, maybe could do with a few more milk pots.

We had one of the newly refurbished rooms which was lovely . The service we had from all the staff was very friendly, not only in booking us in , they were interested in our plans and if we had a good journey. They helped is booking our meal that evening and for breakfast. There was a little bit noise...

Stayed here 3 times and each time it is faultless. Quiet, comfortable and large rooms. Bathroom has a decent size bath. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Staff are friendly, approachable, professional and attentive. Food in the restaurant is of a high standard and very good value for money. Free wifi is reliable and efficient. My only negative comment is...

Travelled to Sunderland for a birthday celebration,Kasia was on reception ,a lovely smile when we entered quickly booked in room was clean and comfortable breakfast was hot with plenty of choice,no problems Kasia answered any queries we had,we really enjoyed our stay in Premier Inn.

My first time staying at this hotel. 2 floors, no lift & a lot of the rooms are a good walk from reception so if you have mobility problems would ask for a room close to reception. Free parking with limited amount next to the hotel. Staff usual friendly efficient type you normally find at Premier. Rooms are a good...

This is a standard Premier Inn but a bit on the tired side. Very close to a busy road. Room was clean. The attached pub was ok for breakfast but plates were stone cold. I complained the first morning and was given a warm plate from the kitchen. The plates were stone cold on the other two mornings. We were...
