My first time staying at this hotel. 2 floors, no lift & a lot of the rooms are a good walk from reception so if you have mobility problems would ask for a room close to reception. Free parking with limited amount next to the hotel. Staff usual friendly efficient type you normally find at Premier. Rooms are a good...

This is a standard Premier Inn but a bit on the tired side. Very close to a busy road. Room was clean. The attached pub was ok for breakfast but plates were stone cold. I complained the first morning and was given a warm plate from the kitchen. The plates were stone cold on the other two mornings. We were...

Had a lovely one night stay here. Your usual premier inn, in terms of decor and lay out. Breakfast was very good - lots of choice and good quality. Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Shower is a bit archaic though. The staff in both the hotel and the adjoining brewers fayre were second to none. Friendly, warm and...

I cannot fault this hotel or staff. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We rang the week before as we usually do to ask for a top floor, end of corridor, quiet room, which was all sorted for us when we got there. We were visiting family and going to the stadium of light to watch some men run...

Clean, tidy, decent food not great but decent. Good price, what more could you want. This is a typical Premier Inn, they're not 5 star hotels but they are good value for money, where you can get a decent nights sleep and some decent food.

Superbly comfy and spacious room 36. Great all you can eat breakfast. Lovely and friendly staff. The receptionist even offered me a cuppa soup and hot chocolate sachet when I was going to my room with my toddler - the restaurant was too busy and it was too late to get a meal! Really impressed by the whole experience and...

Very clean and comfortable from arriving until our departure everyone was friendly and efficient. The room was a little cold on arrival but once we turned the thermostat it soon warmed up, the bed was very comfortable, the water pressure was poor in the bathroom sink but did not cause too much of a problem. Did not eat in the...
