They gave us the wrong keys to check into someone else's room. We walked in on another guest in their room. When we confronted the staff member at the front desk about this, he was apathetic, shrugged, mumbled something, and gave us the new key. The service overall was atrocious. The front desk "called a taxi" to take us to...

Good value for money, awesome location. Very good asian restaurant in hotel. Best dinner on our trip😊 Walking distance to many places. And walk along the bay is so nice. Much more quiet than party district we stayed at last time.

I was going to write an extensive review about this hotel but instead I have just decided to write a short description on the stay. The positives first. Reception and the staff are quite welcoming, it seems clean and well kept but unfortunately this is where it all changes. The hotel got our bill wrong and even after we argued...

Pleasant stay, rooms are quite chilly at the end of April (which is a good thing for people who don't stand so easy the heat). Our room was quite big, having an extra bed; also the bathroom was huge. But our friends got a small room, with a very thin blanket. Also, please note that the plug for chargers are...

Booked this hotel for two nights for a quick stay while attending a wedding. The hotel is pretty basic, our room stunk of weed unfortunately, however it was clean, had a safe and a nice big clean bathroom. The only big issue was at check in they could not find the key to our room? So gave us the spare...

We Stayed at the hotel as two couples, Arrived very late at night, typical check in no problem whatsoever. Only to discover that the hotel didn't have a Gym inside. No problem at all because the management decided to Replace the elevator one day before our arrival. So my 134 kilo buddy had to go up and down 5 floors...

Just got back from a long weekend away with friends. Couldn't really fault hotel and location for the price we paid. It appears to be undergoing some restoration but this wasn't obvious on our floor. Staff are very friendly & helpful.

This place has such potential to be amazing, but its just not. its run down, old and the rooms are just shabby. We arrived in march and without any prior warning, we arrived to the lift being out of order. this is fine as I don't mind climbing the stairs, but what if I was disabled, how would they of...

Only stayed 2 nights, the room was basic but very clean, although beds nit the most comfortable. Very helpful desk staff, excellent location in Balluta Bay, close to lots of bars and restaurants. Would recommend.

This hotel could be so much better but unfortunately it is used to accommodate students and this makes it a very noisy place to stay. The location is on the sea front and has good bus links, the rooms were a good size, clean and maids came in every day. The bathroom was fine although the usual square shower cubicle...
