our room was on the third floor. Very spacious and spotlessly clean. The decor is very modern and mostly green which is not my favourite colour! Of course the hotel staff could not have known that! A huge bed (really two singles pushed together and very comfortable) Tea/coffee supplied. Breakfast had everything you could possibly want (a small complaint is...

This hotel does not have views, is a block from the harbor, and has a slow elevator. BUT it also has wonderfuls taff, clean rooms and a terrific restaurant with wonderful service. The room was very nice, with soft sheets, in room coffee, and pretty good wi-fi. More important, it had great desk service, always ready to help and always...

We stayed here last week for 2 nights. For what we paid it is excellent! This hotel is clean and modern throughout. The breakfast was great with a huge variety from a cooked breakfast to omelette, pancakes and fruit etc. The hotel is up a side street, it is really quiet and we had a great nights sleep. The room...

Based on the pictures and the very good reviews we had very high expectations for the hotel so we were slightly disappointed. Don't get me wrong, the hotel is nice and there's nothing wrong as such, we just have been in nicer hotels. We had a comfort room which was quite small, but we wouldn't have needed any more space....

This hotel offers good amenities at a reasonable price. My room was not as spacious as on my previous visit, but still acceptable. The view out of the window was better, as it was possible to see over Spinola Bay. Lighting in the room is dismay. Good for general use, but hopeless for working at the small desk. A desk...

Reception staff not approachable. They seemed abrupt and not that courteous - a customer service personality issue. The breakfast staff were better. Approachability is crucial in customer care and service. Agnes in the restaurant is a perfect example of professionalism, friendliness, approachability and courtesy. She is brilliant and an asset to the hotel. Location up a small hill near spinola...

Very baseline. Horrible breakfast. Room was mouldy with a really bad smell. Nothing special about this hotel. Had picked it because of the reviews -- such a shock! Such a charming and historical island, this hotel was neither. All we ended up needing was a place to crash at nights (because the island is so amazing) and this place provided...

Dear Guest I have read your review with great care and cannot sincerely comprehend the level of bitterness in your review score. Your description is very vague and lacks details about your ''terrible experience''. To make sure that I looked at all angles of the puzzle, I had a look at your previous reviews posted on Tripadvisor and It seems...

Good location tucked away off the main road in between Paceville and St Julians, close to transport links. Great local selection of shop, pubs, cafes and take-aways. Was tiresome having to wait at 12.45pm for later check-in with tired 3-year old. Hotel newly refurbished to high standard. Lifts are small and slow, it took three trips with luggage, buggy and...

We stayed here for our first ever visit to Malta. The hotel is very clean and we had a great view of Spinola Bay. The rooms were lovely and bathroom was a great size. The reception staff could not do enough for us. One evening we came back from our evening meal and we knew the pool area would be...
