Not a great hotel experience for us. Room and hotel were clean but it was not a comfortable stay, very basic furniture and no table on the balcony. You had to hire a kettle for your room. Cushions and umbrella's for around the pool also came at a cost - I expect this on a beech, certainly not at a...

We arrived early after making our own way from the airport with my elderly father, we had requested that we had rooms next to each other in case of emergencies. They offered us two rooms on the 8th (top) floor next to each other but as one wasn't ready we said we would come back. The rooms were very large...

Thank you for your review. There are other periods of the year which may suit you, when Paceville is quieter and the indigenous species less active. Whatever, we wish you well.

I couldn't fault the hotel on its cleanliness my room was done each day. The food was awful we did all inclusive. If you wanted tea or coffee during your lunch or main meal you had to get it from the bar, once the coffee machine was switched off at 10 am, it didn't go on until the next morning....

We arrived back home from this Malta this week and I already feel that I would like to go back! When I booked the hotel, I checked the reviews I must say this hotel is not as bad as some of the reviews say AT ALL! If you wish to stay at a luxury hotel, go to Intercontinental for example,...

Not a very good value for the money you are paying. Food wasn't great quality wise and drinks were very watery. Don't remember seeing the maids although we stayed in there for about a week. Being so close to Italy means you are bound to get noisy Italian teenagers that you might have to tell off every now and then....

I stayed here in September for 2 weeks all inclusive. Firstly I will say this is absolutely not the hotel for you if you want a peaceful, luxurious stay. It is situated right in the centre of Paceville, where all the nightclubs are, so I think most of the bad reviews come from people who are not aware of this...

HOw unfortunate that you relate about a small balcony, the balconies to the majority of rooms being very large. There is also the extensive swimming pool area, or other places in Malta to visit. We hope you enjoy Malta more next time. Yours, Graham Powell
