Was at airport shortly before 1pm to catch shuttle. No shuttle scheduled until 3pm. Also, sometimes you’ve to wait for the next shuttle and that can be an issue if you need to catch a flight. Sat around at airport and waisted over two hours twiddling thumbs. After check in, room keys worked fine. Next morning not so much and had to go back to reception three times until I got working key. Happens at least once every time I stay at this place. Reception staff is nice but very slow. You’ll wait and wait for a long time to check in if there are several people ahead of you. I’m a Hilton Life Time Diamond member and my remarks about these shortcomings over the years have not helped to improve these shortcomings. And one more thing, this Hilton is minimalistic in putting up signs. Go down the stairs and try to fine a sign telling you what floor you’re on or where the fitness center is located. I was upgraded to a king relaxation room. Thank you Hilton. Nice, clean and quiet room. Overall, if I can’t count on transportation from and to airport, this hotel list its value to me.…

From the free shuttle from the airport to the complimentary train tickets to visit Old Town Zurich, this is the place to stay. We had such a warm welcome and assistance from Jill and Alex. The food is very good (buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order, hamburger & fries for lunch). We had an issue with our transportation company (not affiliated with Hilton) and Alex took care of the problem making phone calls in the Swiss German language -- such excellent customer service.

Very beautiful hotel, the rooms are so clean, the view is nice. Typical breakfast, nice customer service. Friendly staff. The best thing about it is itself location very close to the hotel and there’s a supermarket close by

i had a very wonderful stay at hilton zurich.First of all the staff were very courteous and friendly.I didn’t feel like i was away from home.Hotel ambiance was amazing it was beautifully decorated and i could feel the christmas vibe around. my room was very cozy and bedding was very soft and comfortable.pillows were very fluffy and i had a very good sleep unlike other hotels which are very noisy.I went for buffet and the food was very delicious with variety of options and the staffs were very friendly and attentive staff.I would like to visit this hotel again in near future.thank you!

My room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable so I had a very good rest. I like that this hotel is very close to the airport and also close to the train station so it’s very easy to get both ways: airport or city. Also, the breakfast is very nice: I am vegetarian and I found enough options for myself. Room was fresh and clean and ready for check in, the staff is friendly and and always ready to help.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They give free shuttle to the airport and free access to public transport of any which is amazing! The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is very good not far from the city and just by the airport as well. Highly recommend.

Hotel itself is pleasant and nice. Check-in times in the evening at 9pm was unacceptably slow for a diamond member (or anyone.) Shuttle situation is atrocious for an airport hotel of this class when people need to catch flights. Waited for multiple shuttles late in evening and early in morning at 0500. They need to manage capacity instead of throwing up their hands in defeat instead of finding solutions.
