We booked a triple room and I was a bit disappointed when we went into the room to find a double bed and no third bed. This was quickly rectified when housekeeping came and set up the sofa bed as the third bed. My daughter said it was comfortable and had a good night’s sleep. The room was large and spotlessly clean and the double bed particularly comfortable. The bathroom was sparkling clean and modern . The hotel lobby and bar had a modern and relaxed feel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great hotel, Lovely design. The room was really spacious and we had gone with the option of a balcony, Not the greatest of views looking over the road but it was nice to be able to sit out and take in fresh air. Room had everything you would expect, The cheese burgers in the bar downstairs are some of the best ive had. Parking was ample. Breakfast was self service for the first day and then on Saturday you just told them what you wanted and they plated it up for you. Nice stay I would stay here again if i were in the area.

Our second stay at this hotel- First being around 5 years ago. Stayed here as we were visiting Legoland. It’s very handy for Legoland but as for the hotel itself we weren’t impressed. It mentions a ‘refurbishment’ however there was absolutely no sign of that in room 237. For £224 a night I don’t expect peeling wallpaper and tired and tatty decor. There had also been a card left on the table for someone called Angela which the cleaners had missed. Tatty doors and handles in the room, filthy windows and it was so dark on the side of the hotel that we had to have the lights on constantly. Constant noise and doors slamming through the night from other guests (We had this problem last time we stayed too). There was a child running screaming along the corridor at 2am. Breakfast was nice however the dining room was boiling and the buffet style breakfast was served for you and there was such a long queue I gave up waiting. We wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel has been refurbished to a good standard since my last visit. We especially enjoyed the Beer Keller with Sky Sports. Manager Chris made us very welcome and we enjoyed some tasty food whilst watching the football.

We stayed here for my hen party, the staff were friendly but not very informative and there wasn’t any information in the rooms, so for anyone staying here breakfast is from 7:30-10:30 and the night club doesn’t open until 11:30-2:30, due to the late opening of the nightclub we waited around in the bar which killed the mood and I feel the nightclub opens to late especially when you have a group of girl that what to have a dance, we didn’t make it to the nightclub as everyone had sobered up by the time the nightclub opened. Overall some of the room are new and refurbished but others still old and dated, hotel clean throughout and food was good. If you looking for a civilised hen party this is the perfect place but unless you willing to stay up late and wait for the club to open

The room was lovely and the staff polite. But we stayed at the weekend when the night club was open. Awful noise from nearby rooms at 1am in the morning and again at 4am, ruined my nights sleep. I complained and we got 2 free drinks and a promise that the management would contact us to explain what had happened and what would be put in place to make sure it wouldn’t happen to other guests. I’ve waited and they haven’t been in touch, so I’m posting this to warn future guests.

We hosted our engagement party at the hotel Kate from events assisted us start to finish with our party, She was amazing. I couldn’t have wished for a better event coordinator . I could sing her praises all day, No question was too big or too small, she made us feel really welcomed when we visited, Julie was there to help us on the night, she was very helpful, again, great experience I didn’t have to worry about a single thing, another gentleman who's name I didn't get, was also in the room when i arrived, even took my rubbish out for me, as he could see I had my hands full, i just feel like I got the treatment you expected and more.. there isn't many people these days that go out there way to be helpful and i feel like at the coppid beech hotel they did this! The hotel were able to offer a special room rate we had around 15 rooms between friends and family. The location is great for people travelling all over the country we needed somewhere that was easy to access of the motorway, perfect location. We arrived around 3 pm and check in super easy. Our bedroom was ready, clean and as expected, when we got into our room we had a card left from the events team for us. This was a lovely touch. Each person that stayed said that’s they had great experience breakfast included, which had a good variety of food. A few people use the spa and swimming pool myself Personally I didn’t do too much to do lol! Our age range was from 6 Months old to 80, and every single person enjoyed themselves. The atmosphere in the hotel it’s self was very good, considering there was other events going on and the coronation weekend, I thought it would be a lot louder and busier. During the party, my little girl banged her head and a bar staff helped me get some ice and press on her head. No question was too big or small for any of the members of staff. The DJ was supplied by the Hotel, and I couldn't be more happier, they were very friendly and so accommodating to what ever we wanted, the party package they other overall, is one of the best I've seen. The new refurb they’ve done on the hotel is lovely, one thing everyone commented on how nice the hotel is, we will definitely be returning again I can’t thank everybody enough!

I have pros and cons to this place. We came here on 6th May for my cousins Hen Do. When we arrived, the people behind front desk were very polite and accommodating. We arrived at 1 and check in was at 3pm. They told us all the keys were ready except 1 of our rooms because it was still “dirty” and wasn’t ready yet. So we couldn’t grumble as we were there for afternoon tea at 1pm and knew check in was at 3. So we went for our afternoon tea half hour later after we sat in the Aspen Lounge which was quite nice. Afternoon tea was lovely and very accommodating for our only vegan in the group. After afternoon and checked back at the reception for an update on the room that wasn’t ready, still wasn’t. We checked in and my mum and sister had to come into my room as it was their room that still wasn’t ready. They didn’t end up getting into their own room until 4.15pm. We done cocktail making which was fun and both the bar staff that showed us how to make cocktails were polite, friendly and fun. When we went down for dinner, the food was amazing and all the bar staff and servers in Kelliers were amazing. The room wasn’t bad but pretty standard, nice powerful shower and the beds were so comfortable. My sister fell unwell at the hotel and didn’t make it back to the room in time and was sick on the stairs, my sister alerted a member of staff straight away and when we checked out they charged her £50 for the clean they had to do. I thought that was very steep personally so they knocked 50% off so she had to pay £25 which she paid so we were very grateful for that but in terms of alerting staff at the front desk the lady behind it and the man in the suit standing in front were quite rude and abrupt with me when I told them about my sister falling ill. I wasn’t sure about this place at first when the room wasn’t already ready by 3pm but the others were but as the night went on it was quite fun. But am the next day when my sister was sick and the way they spoke to me and handled the situation. I instantly disliked it. I get married next year and was swaying to booking for my hen do but I absolutely won’t be now.
