We stayed here as a family of 4 during a trip to LaplandUK. Staff on reception were welcoming and friendly as we always find at Premier Inns. The room was clean and a nice size for two adults and two small children. The hotel generally was fairly quiet, all be it a family who liked to communicate through shouting, when...

Super friendly staff in hotel and nice quite rooms with a comfy bed. Breakfast in the adjacent pub was nice and friendly efficient staff, however ate there a few times in the...

This is exactly what you expect from a premier inn. Clean rooms and polite staff. Our rooms were on the first floor and there is no lift, not a huge problem for us but just to point out in case. The breakfast is in the restaurant next door and wasn't great. Luckily I don't eat meat but everyone else who...

This was difficult as the carpets were loose and creased all the way down each corridor, the toilet door was stiff and almost impossible to close...

This particular hotel is convenient for the town centre. Excellent staff. Always ready to help. Rooms are kept spotlessly clean as are the public areas. The food in the Weather Vane is good and well priced so overall I would suggest you just book it. Can't praise it enough.

Clean and pleasant only a short stroll across a pleasant park from Arlington Square. Parking available on site with no problems, staff chirpy even late at night. Bed comfy and wifi signal good - just wish it was a bit cheaper
