We stayed back in September but I forgot to write a review. We had booked a family room via the Chessington World of Adventure website. When we arrived we were told they had sold out of those rooms but had given us adjoining rooms; we misunderstood this to mean they were interconnecting but they weren't. With two small children we didn't see how this would work, so the manager called and said they could provide a mattress on the floor in the room if we preferred to have just one room. We were happy with this and the mattress was very comfortable so the children were happy also. The hotel then reimbursed us both our drinks and the room, which was not necessary as we were happy anyway. The staff were very nice, and from what we saw of the hotel it seemed nice, clean and with good touches (like the This Works pillow spray). We would go back.

Stop over for one night only but loved the room and also the breakfast. Drank in the bar which was also good too. Close to the M25 / A3 Junction so very convenient and lovely grounds around the hotel. there was also a Spa but didn't get to use it.

Decent enough set of teas, scones with clotted cream and jam, plus Diet Cola. Ample parking outside the entrance, plus secondary and overflow car parks, additionally. Hotel has been decently maintained, and staff/service was amenable throughout.

Dog friendly hotel with helpful staff. Modern rooms and located in a beautiful countryside area. Staff were unable to allocate us with a 'dog friendly room' which usually consists of a small patio to the rear of the room, however they did provide dog bowls, treats and doggy bags. Lots of variety on the breakfast menu too... Worth a visit.
