Booked and stayed in a refurbished top floor executive room. It was delightful. The modern furniture and the top notch bathroom were just perfect. A super bed and a great breakfast completed my short, but sweet, stay. Keep it up!More

What a RIP off
Arrived at hotel which is advertised as dog friendly. Had forgotten our dog bowls , so asked at reception if they could assist as most dog friendly hotels offer bowls, treats , dog mat etc .

Check in staff were fantastic, couldn’t be more helpful, hotel needs a complete renovation, bar staff rude, need some customer service training.
Real shame could be a lovely hotel, as a regular business traveller I was disappointed I picked this hotel for pleasure.
Nice hotel room nice but no lifts as we could see lots of stairs to get to room. Room was tidy and clean. ate in the bar very expensive for the food cheese on toast £10.50 or Welsh rabbit on menu with some rocket. Overall...More
