I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the staff was very helpful and always with a smile on. The room was large, comfortable and clean, only slight negative note is that I was looking forward to relax by having a bath but the bath plug was missing. The food at the restaurant was very nice and service was good,...

We stayed here last year when we visited near by attractions on our holidays so we were delighted to be returning again this year. As usual all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was large and spacious with two queen size beds. Our children are used to sleeping in close quarters during holidays and didn't mind so...

I got an excellent last minute deal through hotels.com as a surprise weekend away for my husband. We arrived mid afternoon to a quick and easy check in, we made use of the pool sauna and steam rooms which were all excellent. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, our room was spacious with a comfortable bed...

Stayed for two nights at the weekend. This is a pleasant hotel. We sat outside a lot due to the fine weather it's a nice outside space. Bar service was a little slow. Friday night was a private buffet. The food was superb, with several hot dishes. Staff were great. They were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble....

Stayed for business for 2 weeks and it was amazing. Great food and facilities with complimentary gym, pool and sauna. The room was spacious and the quality of the fittings was good. The staff were very helpful with any problems I had and went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable stay.

Stayed as one o a large group last weekend. Very good rooms, comfortable beds. The only drawback was that the food was questionable from the buffet depending on what you ate. Service in the restaurant could also have been better. Breakfast was not the largest selection but more than adequate. the Jewel in the hotel was the swimming pool. This...

There was no safe in the room, which these days is unusual, and also there is no lift in the hotel. It does not point this out on line either, and even though the staff are very helpful in helping take luggage upstairs, I still think a lift would be a very big advantage to a hotel of this size,...

Great for a short stay. Very special on the ground floor. Two nice touches - voucher for two complimentary drinks and a little bar of chocolate. The clientele were, it appeared, largely business people. Nice clean room, big bed, bathroom with bath and shower over. Breakfast was self service except for hot drinks. One big downside - no lift to...
