Alicia checked us in and when she found out the reason for our stay, she organised a surprise bottle of wine for my partner along with a birthday card. Honestly...

We have stayed at this Premier a couple of time, we love it, all the staff are so polite and helpful. All hassle free. The bathroom is a little small. The location is great if you got a car. The pub next door is okish food so so, the toilets are awful but the staff are very friendly.

Reasonably priced but watch out for single beds pushed together. They didn't work. Having said that, the double bed was great. Very quiet and a good night's sleep. Got a refund for the single beds room. Pleasant staff.

Seems like this is an old style premier inn but don't let that put you off, it's still got the usual fantastic standards of every other premier inn I've stayed at. Booked early enough so got a good price for the 3 nights I was here. Nice sized car park which is free, the young lady on reception was brilliant...

Stayed in Premier Inn Bromsgrove South for a total of 5 nights and had a most relaxing time in a friendly hotel with first class accommodation. Location within walking distance of a good garden centre serving good quality food all day.

Although this premier inn was a little out of the way, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were excellent, meals can be accessed at the public house next door although this is not part of the premier inn

We stayed here as it was between 2 locations we were visiting, it cost £38.50 and that is excellent value. Yes the rooms are a bit tired but they are very clean and the hotel was quiet which was a bonus as the larger hotels usually have doors slamming all hours. We ate in the pub next door and again...

we arrived at 23:30 frazzled from motorway hold ups on M6. The night porter was brilliant and so helpful. He was calm and polite. He gave us water in case the room was hot. The room and bed gave us a good nights sleep as advertised. The nigh porter deserves a gold star!
