I often have work in the area and always stay here because of the charming couple who run it..The rooms are clean tidy and comfortable and breakfast is always fresh and hot and always served with a welcoming smile by the owner Derek. For £59 best value for money by miles in this area.Cannot recommend it highly enough.

My parents have stayed here whenever they've travelled from America, and I finally had an occasion to stay for 4 nights while work was being done on my house. My vegetarian breakfast habits were well accommodated, and the room was clean, comfortable and nicely quiet. I would definitely stay again.

This is a nice family run guest house in a very handy location near the railway station and town centre, but in a quiet road. It was great value, the breakfast was fine and it was an ideal place for a business trip. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed 7 days and would have stayed longer if there had not been a previous booking. Our double room was light and airy and was well serviced daily. Would strongly recommend to any type of visitor to Wokingham, whether for business or pleasure. Fully recommend the scrambled egg on toast!

I stay at this B&B regularly and highly recommend it. Clean, comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Very convenient for the Town and Railway Station. And best of all the friendly and welcoming hosts Derek and Linda.

Hosts are very friendly, happy to assist with taxis etc and accomodating with trying to fit family members into various suitable rooms. The rooms were not spacious and no toileteries were provided, but clean towels were plentiful. Breakfast offered everything you could ask for. The accomodation provided everything we needed for the few days we gathered for a family wedding.

I spent almost 2 weeks at the Wokingham Guest House for work, and thought it was a great place to stay. The hosts were very friendly, happy to assist when needed and accommodating, the room was clean and well-appointed, and the breakfast offered everything you could ask for. I have no hesitations in recommending Wokingham Guest House and look forward...

Modern and clean B & B at the edge of Wokingham town centre. Nothing flash, but good, clean and quiet guest house with friendly breakfast service. I would say perfect for business or relaxed holiday travel. Rooms are en suite with flat screen TV. Didn't try the wifi but apparently that is available as well.

I've been working in the area and staying away at a few different B&B's and I'm glad I stayed here just the 1 night. It really was just ok .... had all the basics you'd expect for £59 ... but there were a few downsides. The greeting was distinctly ok (not unfriendly), the décor was very dated, the room was...

Maybe I've got higher expectations than the other reviewers but I would not rush back to stay here. I was pretty much told to stay here for 3 nights by work and it is not a place I would have chosen to stay myself. Upon arrival, the chap let me in and didn't even ask my name or take any...
