Stayed a couple of nights in August....loved the mix of old farm buildings with modern industrial glass extension. Very large and comfortable suite. Would recommend to anyone looking for a really good B+B from which to explore the wonderful wine region.

Spectacular reconverted twelfth century farm buildings, with an audacious glass and steel structure in between, with three lovely guest rooms, the one we stayed in, Origine, a beautiful suite with a magnificent old fireplace and a very lovely redone modern bathroom, was delightful, with a great bed to boot. Lovely hosts, with a myriad of kids and cats! Very nice... More

We have stayed at "la ferme de marjolet" for a long weekend. We booked the suite origin and it was very spacious, nice, and most important, clean. The spacious lounge allowed our 1-year old daughter to play around safely. The quality of sleeping was superb. What we really enjoyed was the family atmosphere: Letizia made us feeling like at home.... More

Returning home from Italy, we love staying in or near to Beaune. La ferme de Marjolet is a wonderfull B&B, very near to Beaune and at the same time extremely quiet. Imagine a 900 year old farmhouse, sensationaly restaured in combination with modern architecture. Reception was very "cordial", the young lady of the house did not spare any effort to... More

La Ferme de Marjolet is truly a place of calm and tranquility. Set at the end of a little lane, we knew we had found a winner as the house came into view. It's a mix of old and modern buildings beautifully fused and complementing each other with a reviving pool in the courtyard. Run with attention and consideration, nothing... More

This B&B is located a 10 min drive from Beaune and is in the middle of of the country side. We stayed in "the Loft" which is a beautifully large room with all comforts one needs. The beautifully old buildings that have been renovated to such a high standard have a perfect mix of the old original feel with a... More

We have just come back from spending three days at this marvellous chambre d'hotes. The owner and his family were totally charming spending a lot of time explaining how they had renovated this beautiful farm fusing together medieval history with an accommodation that is very redolent to this century. They should be congratulated for doing so with such style. We... More

Was a perfect get away for a few days cycling in vinyards, eating excellent food and learning about the historical roots of some of the world's best known wines. We enjoyed this hideaway guest house mostly on our own with the pool mostly to ourselves and a big living room with good DVDs. We are ready to move in.

Three outstanding things: 1) location, truly at the countryside, in the middle of fields full of butterflies and birds, but just 15 minutes away from Beaune and other lovely towns at the heart of the best vineyards in Burgundy. 2) bedrooms (especially the loft) and common areas, such as the modern and stylish glass-walled annex built between the two original... Tucked away overlooking a valley of wild yellow flowers lies this mix of rustic and modern bed and breakfast. The owners (and their young daughter) open you into their farm house and encourage you to adventure the Burgundy countryside. Each suite has a living room, bedroom, and bathroom, so the lack of access to the main (private) area of the... More
