We use logis hotels in France, and thought that this one in Germany looked ok. What a lovely surprise! It was not with a wonderful view over green valleys as I had expected, as there was a lot of industry in the distance, but it was still an extensive view. However, it was the hotel that mattered. The moment we...

What an adorable little town and the hotel especially, came straight out of a fairy tale. It was the highlight of our trip. Erica - the owner, (I think) is the most hospitable lady you will meet. She's warm, and makes you feel almost like family. We reached at around 7PM, and were advised by her, to hurry into town...

Fabulous hotel. We were warmly welcomed by the owner on arrival and taken to our room and given some recommendations for local restaurants. The centre of the village is a pleasant 6 minute stroll and as it was raining we were glad of the use of an umbrella. The hotel is professionally run, spotlessly clean & beautifully presented. Rooms are...

This hotel is within easy walking distance of the town. We found off street parking quite easily. Bad Wimpfen is a lovely little place, full of quaint timbered cottages and fine churches. The hotel is nicely furnished. The breakfast is beautifully presented. If I could criticise anything, it would be that the towels were rather old, thin and scratchy but,...

We stayed for 3 nights in early July 2015. The hotel is a very well designed Guest House, run by an energetic and very friendly lady, who can't do enough to ensure guests are well looked after. The rooms seem new, well designed and well equipped. Breakfasts are fabulous - an enormous range of cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit and...

We were staying with friends near Stuttgart and fancied a night away. A quick flick on TripAdvisor found this lovely hotel that was highly recommended. We booked two double rooms and were really pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything. Our rooms were superb, beautifully furnished and equipped with all the mod-cons. Breakfast in the morning was a delight, a...

The location is very good and view across the is God but some industrial parks across the river so don't expect all country view. The breakfast is excellent with a great range of food, from fruit, fresh bread, continental and...

Stayed 2 nights here when attending "Black Sheep" music festival in nearby town. Very clean rooms, friendly host (who arranged a taxi for us) and fantastic buffet breakfast! Short walk to the beautiful town of Bad Wimpfen - amazing architecture - we wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed at the Neckarblick for 3 nights a couple of weeks ago and it was quite enjoyable. The rooms are large (especially compared to other rooms we stayed in on the trip), well equipped and offered the best bathroom facilities we experienced on the trip - I especially enjoyed the 'rainshower' style shower head. Also the free Internet service...

We stayed here 09/07 and 10/07/2013. The Hotel Neckarblick was excellent. The rooms were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The beer was good. And the Hosts were the best. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back again.

“There is no lift so if you have a lot of luggage or difficulties with stairs, don't choose a room on the top floor.”

“book one of the two rooms on the top floor: 3 floors to climb (no elevator, but the hosts will be happy to haul your suitcases ) but then you'll be rewarded with a great view!”
