Spent a night at Montini on my way to Rome via Milan due to cancellation of direct flight from bankrupt airline Alitalia. Must say they handled it nicely, shuttle collection from Linate and again next morning to the airport, dinner and breakfast included. The Montini hotel where we spent the night is a typical business style hotel and restaurant. The room I was given was bright, warm and very comfortable. Bed was comfi and there was a choice between hard or soft cushion, the en-suite was large (although shower a bit tight). Breakfast very good too with a large selection of savoury and sweet. IMPRESSIVE CLEANLINESS, sheeting and towels as clean as anything clean. Bathroom couldn't be faulted. Reccomended if you are driving to Milan or flying via Linate and need to spend the night.

I was really upset when we had a nightmare experience with Alitalia and weren’t able to get back to London with our 6 month old baby. When Luca collected us from the airport I was crying! But they were so kind and helpful made me feel much better. They sorted us out a cot, boiled water for the baby and also pen and paper I needed. The food in the restaurant was good too! Thankyou for making me feel welcome and not upset anymore!

I have stayed here at least twice per year for business for the last 5-6 years and never had an issue. Nice cold beer and free bar snacks, friendly staff, clean rooms and a nice restaurant at the front of the hotel. Was last here in April and the weather was gorgeous so me and my colleague was sunbathing on the car park, the bar staff kept bringing our drinks and snacks to us, great service!! :) :) The FREE shuttle even extended to taking us to our plant in Mediglia!! See you all again next month, Ciao!

less than 6 km driving from milan town, metro and train station, in a well served town with shopping centre, restaurant and all kind of services nearby, we booked here due to strategic location for visiting our Client ( lot of logistics companies in the neighbourhood). cleanliness of the rooms above avarages, staff impeccable . wifi, private car parking and possibility to book different services such as shuttle, restaurant and gym if needed . and the bright covered terrace to enjoy the tasty breakfast was a plus. definitely reccomended.

Nothing about my experience was positive. I booked this hotel because I had an early flight out of Milan Linate and because it lists free airport shuttle. It is only free during certain times. If I had known that I would have booked another hotel. The rooms are outdated and old. The bed was dirty with hair in it. It was not a good experience and I would say choose another hotel with a better rating.

Cara Signora, sono veramente dispiaciuto che la Sua esperienza sia stata negativa , ci siamo già scusati con Lei più volte La ns. signora Paola si è scusata direttamente , io Le ho scritto e mi sono scusato su Expedia ora mi scuso su TripAdvisor........... Tutto nasce perché il ns. servizio shuttle CHE E' GRATUITO è attivo dalle 6,00 alle 23,00 mentre a Lei serviva alle 5,00 dal quel momento tutto è precipitato, non ha accettato la mancanza di informazione nulla andava piu' bene Che dire il portale di Expedia non riportava l'orario di servizio della navetta, il giorno dopo abbiamo rimediato tempestivamente a questa nostra svista, però il servizio navetta rimane gratuito, e il Suo accanimento mi sembra veramente eccessivo, inoltre , mi scusi ma io se avessi trovato la camera in disordine o rumorosa ne avrei chiesto il cambio, non capisco Mi dispiace veramente, vorrei chiederLe di nuovo scusa e invitarLa a riflettere su fatto che tutti possiamo sbagliare e noi abbiamo sbagliato Con cordialità Carlo MONTINI

The "hotel" reception smells like disinfectant from a public toilet when you walk in. There are very limited facilities at the hotel, rooms more suited to a detention centre than a hotel. The rooms are tired and pokey.

Very comfortable hotel with nice beds and blackout curtains. Breakfast was good and the shuttle to the airport was convenient. They even shuttled us to the closest metro stop so we could go into Milan. Would recommend a stay if flying out of Linate!

The manager at the reception was utterly rude and arguing. I was charged with something without informing me in advance which in the beginning was assumed to be done as a favor and i had to request a lot. (I wont request/plead if am paying). The WIFI is bad, the room are old and dingy. The support staff meaning kitchen, driver etc were very good and polite despite of their unprofessional manager.

Buongiorno, che dire ci aspettavamo questa Sua mail ....................l'aveva detto Ringrazio per l'attenzione che ci ha voluto riservare, però tale attenzione sarebbe risultata più gradita se le Sue affermazioni fossero vere. Mi spiego meglio le nostre camere NON sono vecchie e SONO pulite, il wi-fi funziona perfettamente inoltre nostro responsabile del ricevimento NON è assolutamente ne maleducato ne scontroso. Molto semplicemente il Suo malcontento nasce dal fatto che ha dovuto pagato il servizio lavanderia, mentre Lei pretendeva che questo servizio Le venisse offerto, vero ? Capisco che la situazione economica non è facile per nessuno ma riteniamo che dopo aver offerto la prima colazione, il parcheggio, il wi fi, il servizio navetta, e i soft drink del mini bar abbiamo fatto tutto quanto era possibile (per noi ) per soddisfare i nostri clienti. Il nostro servizio lavanderia è a pagamento, come Le è stato comunicato ed in camera è presente il listino prezzi di tale servizio, Le abbiamo anche proposto un servizio lavanderia esterno che Lei ha rifiutato ................. I suoi stessi colleghi hanno censurato il Suo comportamento. Le suggerisco di rispettare il lavoro altrui e di accettare la cruda realtà : la minaccia di pessime recensioni non genera più servizi gratuiti, facciamo di tutto per soddisfare i nostri ospiti, siamo innamorati del nostro lavoro, accettiamo i suggerimenti e le critiche , ma quelle vere che ci aiutano a migliorare ma tutto il resto lascia il tempo che trova. We sometimes stay this hotel for business trip to Milano. It locates in south of Milano . If you flight to Aeroporto di Milano-Linate for business,it might be one of the reasonable hotel. You ‘ll be required “passport “ for check in.( Visa-ID Card is not enough, so the clark said). They provide tooth brush in a buthroom. The breakfast is Buffet style, simple but enough. Italian people enjoy cuppI ccino in the morning, but not afternoon.?! Joke? Enjoy cappuccino!

Beautiful hotel close to the airport, clean room and huge breakfast. Internal park and big hall. The restaurant near the hotel, just around the corner, serves good fish meal. Maybe a bit expensive. Nice staff.
