Since this was a Rick Steves recommended hotel, we had high expectations. You can only get to this hotel on foot and it is a steep walk. The location offers a beautiful panoramic view of the valley below and in May it is wonderful. While old world and charming in a way, it is not really maintained in a professional...

Don't think of staying anywhere else in Jerez. This hotel is really delightful. Run by the charming and very helpful Monica, it has lovely old-fashioned rooms with modern fittings, a very nice breakfast, lovely roof garden and a good location near the old town. Cannot fault this lovely hotel.

This is an opportunity to stay in a well located patio house in Jerez. It is run by a charming Northern European lady called Monika who has a sardonic sense of humour. Her team are great- friendly, welcoming. It is located close to a bodega of DiezMerito. It is 100ms from Gallo Azul. You get there through lovely busy lanes...

Very close to the centre of Jerez, the hotel is beautifully kept, and the owners were so helpful with recommending places to visit and eat. The rooftop terrace is a great place for a sherry before heading off out for dinner. Our room was spotless and spacious, we couldn't have asked for anything better.

This was our 2nd visit to Casa Grande in Jerez. Absolutely Perfect. The hotel, the staff, the location, the rooms, the breakfast, the parking facilities, the attention to detail, and Dear Monica are just amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. We would stay here again and AGAIN. Thank you Monica and team for yet another wonderful stay.

Loved this little hotel. Great Staff, wonderful comfy rooms and great location. They also have a wonderful breakfast that was included with our room. They gave us great recommendations for dinner along with good walking instructions. We were able to park right in front of the hotel which was a plus.

Great central location, easy walking distance to the bodegas, alcazar, cathedral and good restaurants. Junior suite on the roof was very large with sofa and mini kitchen and access to the roof terrace with sun loungers, lovely place to just sit and watch the swifts. Breakfast good choice of fruit, local meat and cheese etc .

A converted large house, well situated for Jerez attractions. Large comfortable room (we paid a little extra for a "superior" room) and excellent breakfast. The proprietor was most helpful with advice and bookings for restaurants and bodega tours. This hotel well deserves its high rating.

Stayed twice Nov. 2013/14 during wine trips to the area. The super friendly staff provided good information and were very helpful with arranging tours at the bodegas. Beautifully restored old mansion with quaint rooms, great breakfast
