The staff was pleasant to deal with. The WiFi did not work at the hotel. We had to leave in order to access our laptops or phones. Really not much to write as was a non-eventual stay. We would not recommend nor stay again.

Charming, elegant, small hotel built round an interior patio, located on a pretty square and with a roof terrace for lazing. Lola and Monica made us very welcome and are friendly and helpful, phoning round to check various opening times for us and directing us to a lesser-known bodega - Lustau - for an excellent tour. We had a 'junior...

There are many superb hotels worldwide which provide the central location, level of comfort, pleasing atmosphere, comfortable beds, sunny roof terrace and generous breakfast of Casa Grande. What makes this outstanding is the standard of the hospitality. The multi-lingual owner Monica and her staff are warm, helpful, generous and kind. They really do all they can to make your stay...

Casa Grande is located in the centre of Jerez. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants, sherry tasting, the Real Escuela and more. Our room was large and quiet. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Everything about the Casa Grande says quality. The building is beautiful with a lovely inner courtyard and an amazing rooftop terrace with fantastic views of the city. The whole hotel has a feeling of peace and calm even though it's located in a very central position. The staff are amazing. They all spoke perfect English and were very friendly and...

Nice refurbished bathrooms, old windows facing the road. Ask location of the room when book. Euro 12 per person for breakfast, which was very basic but not so bad value for the money. Walking distance from the hotel to almost all decent places in Jeres. Difficult to find parking in the area. The hotel has one parking inside and one...

The location, the quality and the service are beyond anything else you will find in Jerez. It is a well located traditional town house that is in easy walking distance to restaurants, sherry houses and other visitor attractions in the town. If you need advice or visits booked this will be easily arranged. The accommodation is traditionally furnished, good quality...

We booked 2 rooms for four of us based on TripAdvisor reviews and how glad we are that we did! When we arrived at noon the rooms weren't quite ready (check in is at 2) but we sat in the sunshine on the roof terrace with a drink and some nuts and olives. The rooms were spotless. One day we...

Stayed here because it is so central and reviews were great. We were not disappointed. Hotel is perfect and staff really helpful. Got a Junior Suite on the top floor, which was even better. You are within walking distance of all attractions and restaurants.

Two days stay. Quite expensive. And breakfast added 48 € without knowing. Very helpful and friendly service at the desk. The rooms were average. Short walk to most things of interest in citycenter. Difficult to park your car properly.
