Hotel is perfectly located in an area were most of the amenities are within walkable distance. A large park and shopping mall are nearby. There are few good restaurants also within 3-5 minute walk. The hotel is an average one with standard room. The elevator is so old and small. The breakfast is OK. The restaurant in the lobby provides very limited options and closes by around 10 PM. Tip: Ask for a room far from elevator. The humming noise of elevator was not so good and won't let you sleep. Also, prefer a room on the other side of the street view.

We made the reservation on their website for a triple room. We specified in observations that we were three adults and we wanted good mattresses. Upon arrival we found two twin beds and a third 'bed' barely 5cm thick that when we lifted the sheets turned out to be made of imitation leather! When we went to the bathroom the towels were only for two. We told them at reception that we did not agree with that third bed that we wanted three beds with three mattresses in good condition and they told us that they were very sorry but it was impossible that their triple rooms are always like that. Because we had already paid (€184 on an accommodation only basis) if we had not left. SHAMEFUL that a 50-year-old woman had to sleep sweating on a '5cm leatherette mattress' while in a 4* hotel.
The facilities are old and neglected, I attach photos.
Car parking costs €15 and it is very tight if you have a large car you will surely be scratched.

Honestly , I think they got 4 start somewhere in the 80s and the ranking just skipped them over . The hotel is old and even dirty a bit . All night you hear noises from other rooms and the smoking smell in the corridor my god . Feels like youth hostel .

During our stay they have been very friendly and understandable with the situation, have helped us find solutions and have extended hours when necessary. Breakfast was delicious and very complete.
