This hotel gets a kicking but I don't think that's fair ~ it's a little tired but the rooms are clean and a good size, the staff are lovely, plenty of covered parking, a reasonable pool and good gardens and you're only 2kms for the centre of town. Good free wifi, comfortable public space and very cheap rates plus the...

I picked this hotel from booking dot com as it was located conveniently midway for the south of Spain to the north. On arrival I could hear heavy drilling and building noise, the whole second floor of the left side as you look at the hotel is being refurbished/gutted. At check in I asked for a quiet room and was...

The hotel was well situated just outside of Merida and easy enough to find coming in from Toledo. The room we had was spacious enough but as others have stated it's pretty retro and time for a renovation. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and fluent in English. The restaurant staff was welcoming and helped us taste various local tapas...

The hotel looked ok in pictures but it is getting old and in need of a big renovation. It has the potencial to be a great hotel but at this moment it's just a place to sleep and not a particularly nice one. Not bad, but not good. The pool area is probably great in Summer but I was there...

If you want to throw away your money this is the very right place to stay. A 4* hotel should be at intermational level. I had to look for some hot water for a cup of tea. And there was just black tea. Donuts were awful and very cold.

Awful hotel, may have looked nice in the 80's. No air conditioning anywhere! The bar staff were sweating as a result of no air con! Wiping their brows constantly! Warm glasses to have drinks in! Warm bottles of drinks! The pool had cigarette buts all over the floor! It was infested with wasps and stunk of sewerage! The outside bars...

This hotel is located outside the center and therefore is very quiet all day and all night. A car is probably needed. The hotel ownership has apparently changed recently and some works are underway to improve various areas. The swimming pool was fenced and is not as pleasant as it was in its looks. During my stay a swarm of...

Arrived after boiling hot day to no pool. Receptionist offered no help unless prodded. No eye contact no welcome it was like being in Russia with no service idea. Rooms old and tacky. Dirty Capet . It seems no one stays here hence the poor service. Stay somewhere else even if it costs more.

I was little bit affraid of staying at this hotel, because of others experience, but we were really suprised by this hotel. Very nice and large room with a nice bathroom, fridge. We had view to the swimming pool and wifi is free. Stuff speaks english. Possible to have breakfast, but we did not have. Little bit expensive, but there...
