The city was quiet so it was a surprise when they told us we couldn't change to a double room which was what we had pre booked as they were full. The room they wanted us to have was a twin with very uncomfortable beds and broken air con. We didn't stay and later on checked on line and could...

We booked a double room online and on check in were given a twin room with very uncomfortable beds. We went to reception to ask for the double to be told they were full and that was the only room left. We decided not to bother and went to Pamplona instead...on arrival in Pamplona we checked availability at this hotel...

Slightly old fashioned, friendly, clean hotel probably 3 star not really 4 star. Warm welcome, excellent service and good sized rooms. Small pool and good free wifi. Easy to park on the street. Easy walking distance to town but it is up! Delightful old town very popular with tourists. Many restaurants for tapas or menu type lunches. Excellent good value...

We were only staying one night but we were pleased overall with the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We arrived late at the hotel having driven from the port of Santander and would liked to have seen more of Jaca. There was choice of eating formally in the restaurant or having a pizza in the bar....

Nice hotel with excellent staff. We stayed for three nights to tour the area and found it a very convenient base. The room was spacious with a good bathroom. There is a spa which unfortunately we didn't get time to use, but we were shown around it and although it was small it was a very reasonable price for the...

we were just passing through and this seemed the best of a very average bunch of hotels. I think this town relies on a great little town centre and skiing, rather than great accommodation. We booked online and made a request for a suite / good sized room - problem with not speaking to reception is that you just get...

Jaca is a small town very close to the Pyrenees Mountains where there are many Ski Resorts. This Hotel is really nice. It's located in a residential area which is very close to the city center. Evenings are fun in Jaca. There are plenty of shops, tapas bars and restaurants.

Jaca is a sleepy town, with not much happening, but it comes to life in the afternoon until about 10 - 11 pm. Most restaurants close quite early, but you’ll still find ones for a late night out. I guess the closing time depends on how many clients they have. Hotel Real is in a new, quiet residential area, but...

This hotel is located in a relatively built up residential area just outside the town, however it is genuinely just a 10 minute walk from the town centre. It is a very clean and pleasant hotel with rooms equipped with all the usual 4 star facilities. The pool isn't anything special, quite small and overlooked by several residential balconies. If you...
