Calm little place in Sesimbra, where you can relax and rest. The staff is very welcoming, but they give you plenty of space for you to really feel at home. We stayed in a lovely, cool room with all the amenities needed. The pool is also great for a dip, but the amazing beaches nearby are unmissable! We really appreciated the care for reducing waste and single use items. And lastly, the breakfast box is really cute and genuinely tasty! I can definitely recommend Senhora do Cabo do Meco.
A piece of heaven in Meco. Such a calm warm place to stay. Mario is the best he explained us the whole area and gave us super useful recomendations. He even picked us from the beach when we couldn’t find a taxi so many thanks to him again🙏🏻 Rooms are super stylish and comfortable breakfast is one of a kind. Thank you guys for the amazing stay🫶🏻
Located in the heart of the Arrabida Natural Park, off the beaten path from the lonely road to the grandious Cabo Espichel, Senhora do Cabo is a well-kept secret. This lovely fully renovated estate is surrounded by a welcoming carefully curated garden of flowers, palm trees, and two stray cats. Rooms are cosy modern and super clean, some by the pool, others more secluded away from the main house for more privacy (tottally worth it). Full breakfast is prepared to your selection in a quaintly decorated kitchen, and it is up to you where you want to eat it, whether indoors in the spacious lovely dining room, on the garden by the blue tile running water fountain, or pick it up yourself on a wooden basket and enjoy it in your own room's private garden space (if you chose that option). A short 20-30 minute drive from everywhere, Senhora do Cabo is near Cabo Espichel, the open ocean water beaches of Meco, the bustling fishing town of Sesimbra, Setubal's wine country, and of course, Portinho da Arrabida, one of Portugal's most jaw-dropping natural beauty gems. Super friendly staff/owners are available all day (until 7PM or so) and will answer any questions on your travel itinerary or fresh wild caught fish restaurants. "Bom descanso!"…
We had a lovely stay, Mario and collegues were really helpfull and lovely. Also worth mentioning is the wonderfull breakfast with fresh fruit, juice and eggs. Highly recomment, when we return to the area we will defenitly stay again.
Tasteful furniture, each room with a small Patio, Nice pool and garden, abundant breakfast. Very friendly servide. An excellent place to relax in a beautiful environment. From the hotel you can start directly on an small fottpath into the Serra, down to two lonely beaches.
I rented a villa with a private pool to spend two days with some friends and when we arrived we all became amazed with the place. Lots of space, small tables outsite to enjoy some snacks, a nice pool just for us, to cool off and take some pictures. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was super nice. I Definitely recommend this place.
One of the nicest places we have stayed. Lovely environment. Lovely staff. Great breakfasts. Restful and peaceful. Will definitely go again. The staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. They provided also some very good recommendations for what to do and where to eat locally. We were very impressed by the quality of the place at a reasonable price.
We spent two nights here in a superior double room beside the small swimming pool. All very nice. Very welcoming and helpful owner and management. Breakfast was ordered in advance and was very tasty. Not far from Sesimbra for a good selection of restaurants. Walkable to the sea and nearby beaches but it is a steep climb down! Very quiet. A great place to be especially if the weather is hot. We would return.
We had a great stay at Senhora! Very nice ambiance and very good hospitality of Mario and Eduardo! The breakfast with daily suprises was really delicious. Nice pool. We enjoyed our time at this little paradise.
Cosy accommodation to relax, rest and walk along a delicious breakfast and excellent personal service. We loved the relax beds in the garden for enjoying a coffee very early in the morning followed by a walk to the sea (for more adventurous hikers)
