My wife and I were booked to stay at this 5 star facility for 2 nights but only stayed for one! I have looked at many of the reviews on this hotel and find it hard to agree with a lot of negative reports, however, In this case I agree with every negative review, there is a complacency throughout the hotel,...

My wife and I booked a holiday with our 2 year old and infant to the Pullman Bunker Bay Resort for 4 days. I train regularly and when traveling it is of importance to me to book a hotel which has a rowing machine so I won't fall behind on my training or a hotel near a gym that I...

It's hard to beat the beautiful south west of WA and Bunker Bay is just one of its very special places. I would have given this resort 5 stars if only the staff were more professional and friendly and also if the food had the wow factor. The food is ok but nothing special for what you pay. Our two...

The Celiac Society of WA should really be handing out gongs because this High Tea deserves a "GOLD MEDAL". Not only gluten and dairy free but soy free as well. At $35/Head....This was in March 2016...Exceptional value and....drum roll please... THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ANYMORE FOR THE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS !!! Our teas and coffees were included but not wine....available though ;-)...

This resort is in prime real estate with the beach only a few steps away. The facilities are very good, we were in a studio apartment with 3 people. Some upsides: beautiful surroundings; villas are quite private; modern bathroom with enormous bath; sliding doors to own small patio area; nice mini-kitchen. Some downsides: second smaller window opposite the bed only...

Have been here several times and the accommodation is always first class even though could see some minor changes to quality of linen and extra's available. The service from staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Food keeps going downhill though. Menu looks tired and the execution of the food is poor and tasteless. Such a shame given the location and...

Should have been a great luxury stay let down by poor management and inexperienced staff. On arrival at the hotel we have to wait 25min before being shown to our room and then being transported in a flat bed golf cart was a joke, especially with a 3 month old baby. Small details like where to go for breakfast were...
