The first room I was given was very large, and that is the only good thing I can say about it.... It felt like 'where hope comes to die' all 1970's furniture and a smell like wet dog. " avoid 143!!!!! So the nice chap moved me to a new room which was nice - but then offered me a...

I was staying there for business but also had a weekend to explore the wonderful little village (although it is quite a walk down the hill and tough coming back up) and really good restaurants and of course fantastic Bavarian beers. The staff were excellent, especially the front desk as I was escorted to my room when I had difficulty...

With the invitation of our local business partner I was a little bit surprised to stay in this hotel. Although breakfast was 4 stars (where do you find soft & hard boiled eggs?) the overall service was friendly but did remind me of youth hostels and old style holiday farms. A group of chalet buildings surrounded the main area. My...

I stayed in this hotel for one of the conference for 4 days. The rooms were good & spacious with 2 beds and attached with small balcony. Bathrooms were clean. Finding the location was bit difficult. What I liked: Quiet atmosphere, Good bar, Courteous staff what I disliked : Difficulty in wi-fi connectivity (as only limited users can log-in at...

The room was a bit tired and in need of decoration, but was spacious and clean with 2 beds, a sofa and large bathroom. The dining room was being renovated / extended at the time of visit so it would be unfair to comment on this area. Bar area is nice, if not small.

The hotel sure needs some renovation. The rooms are really outdated as well as the bathroom. Internet (at additional cost) was slow and most of the time not available due to heavy demand of other guests. The restaurant looked more like an Army dining hall. The staff however was friendly. Checking out in the morning was a challenge with a...

Staff were friendly, but the room I stayed in looked as though it was from the 70's. I couldn't hear my neighbors except when they moved the closet doors or slammed their front door, so sleeping was pretty nice there. There was a kitchenette in my room, which we didn't use. I had read that you could see the mountains...

This is a big hotel. On the plus side, it was clean and quiet. The bathroom was bright and modern. Things worked. However, I was charged for indoor space to park my bicycle. I have been to some great hotels and no one has charged my for indoor bicycle parking. I was charged for internet access. Now fancy places like...

Excellent customer service for our group, very friendly staff, clean, spacious, comfortable rooms, tasty food, quiet. Would definitely return and warmly recommend this hotel! I commend the staff for their pro-active approach, anticipating our needs - e.g. late dinner for our group on arrival.

My family just got back from spending 4 nights here. Really great breakfast. Great service and front desk help. They even gave me free laundry soap for the machine upstairs. Only issue is the beds. They were pretty hard and small. Pillows were not the nice quality down like the comforters either. I ended up sleeping on the comforter to...
