This place was 3.5 years old when we stayed. The building is therefore in very good condition. The rooms are well appointed, with a comfortable bed with two bedside tables, an easy chair, large television, dressing table and chair, minibar, safe, drawers and a hanging area complete with full length mirror. My wife noted that the hanging area was not high enough for her full length dresses.
The bathroom had a washbasin with a counter and drawer under for toiletries etc., a bidet, toilet and a large shower cubicle. Three towels of various sizes were provided for each person, plus a bathmat.Towels were changed daily when the room was cleaned.
Breakfast is continental style. A limited range of cereals was available, but the array of pastries and cakes, cold meats, cheeses and savoury egg dishes was good. Toast and jams was also available, and the largest jar of Nutella I have seen! Various juices were to be had, as was milk tea and coffee.
All the staff were very friendly, and the wait staff and reception staff spoke reasonable English..
The down side :- finding reception was difficult because it is on the far side of the building to the road and the signage is poor. One of our party has mobility issues and had a room for the disabled. She found showering difficult as there were no handrails in the shower. A minor thing is that there is a five-a-side football pitch adjacent to the hotel and some rooms may get noise. However, the latest it was used during our stay was 10pm.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Kairos Resort was very enjoyable and we look forward to going there again.

Quietly located and conveniently close to the motorway, Kairos hotel is immediately modern and functional. Room spotless, fragrant and comfortable, spacious bathroom with quality products, extremely comfortable bed for a restful sleep and, for TV lovers, large screen at the foot of the bed.
If you then add the exquisite, empathetic, caring and professional welcome of Cristina, it becomes impossible not to be impressed by this location.
The restaurant guarantees serenity and taste in a relaxing environment where Alessandro is attentive and ready to always assist with a smile.
The menu, of the highest quality, ensures exquisite and aesthetically beautiful dishes thanks to the skill of the chef who, in addition to being very prepared, also demonstrates extreme sensitivity to intolerances and dietary needs: congratulations!
Beautiful experience, to be redone as soon as possible and to recommend absolutely to those who love to stay a quiet and welcoming place.

My husband and I stayed only one night at this property.
The location is full of greenery, well-kept, with its own restaurant (which however we did not use) swimming pool nice large with sun loungers and gazebos both on the edge and in the garden side.
Once arrived, since the room was not ready, we left the documents for check-in and went to the pool.
The lifeguards are nice and helpful even if they do everything except keep an eye on the bathers alas.
They serve drinks and food to customers and unfortunately in the afternoon the pool was filled with many people than in the morning, who made dangerous dives splashing others and bothering.
Obviously it does not depend on them if they are not fixed there to recall the rude, but it depends on who has chosen them to fulfill a different role than that provided by the assistant bather.
As I said there is a menu bar where you can choose drinks and food to consume both on the sunbeds and on the tables available in the pool.
Prices a bit 'excessive for salads, very good club sandwich with chips.
After the day at the pool, we then went to the room.
The room is modern, well cleaned, attention to detail and beautiful large.
However, we had a problem in the middle of the night with the air conditioning that went into lockdown for no reason.
Initially we tried to restore it several times as it was 3am.
Unfortunately for the too hot and the failure to restore, my husband went to the reception and the attendant after ascertaining that the air conditioning was not resettable, offered us to change rooms, and then at 4 am we had to move two rooms ahead to try to rest.
At Check-out I expected that the two entrances to the pool that I had mistakenly paid (I did not know that with the overnight stay the pool was included) we would be reimbursed for the disruption suffered during the night, since we had decided to stay another half day in the pool, but unfortunately this foresight was not there.
That would have been nice and appreciated.
Breakfast despite arriving at 9, was not rifornita.Peccato because it seemed very varied.
I would return with small changes to the things reported.

Hotel structure: the structure is new and located in a quiet place. Suitable for spending days of total relaxation. The outdoor pools are very beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The room is large and equipped with all comforts (TV, hairdryer, coat hanger, etc.) and is very well looked after in detail, as is the entire structure. Top marks definitely go to cleanliness!
Spa.: the spa path is equipped with 2 Turkish baths, 2 emotional showers, 2 saunas, 2 outdoor hydromassage tubs, herbal tea corner with fruit available. Very nice, clean space, but I couldn't have a couple's massage on Sunday because only one operator was present, the Turkish bath was blocked so I couldn't use the Turkish bath, the water in the outdoor hydromassage tubs was lukewarm rather than hot. I could only use the sauna. It's a shame because the space dedicated to the spa is well looked after. Among other things, I also paid for this unused service! Maybe next time 🤞☺️
Restaurant: abundant breakfast equipped with gluten-free and lactose-free products, therefore suitable for people with celiac disease. The croissants contain too much butter. Lunch, alas, was hard to digest. The tartare with the catch of the day was not fresh. Luckily the chef remade the dish with sea bass tartare and prawns even though they were not very clean (as in the photo). The fried fish wasn't really that great (old oil), the spaghetti with seafood wasn't very good. The only positive element is the presence of gluten-free pasta. Despite everything, not bad☺️

This is an upscale motel located strangely behind a strip mall and just adjacent/under a highway ramp. Calling it a resort is a very, very big stretch. There is a community pool adjacent to the "resort" which is very nice BUT in order for the "resort" guests to use it an appointment is needed. There are adjacent tennis courts which may or may not be used. When we arrived early on a Saturday evening we were told that the restaurant was not available because the owner was having an event. That meant we had to go to the only restaurant for miles around which was about a half mile away and was fully booked (We did manage to get a table). We checked out the next morning even though we had planned to stay another night. The hotel refused to refund our money for the unused night.
Unless you are desperate to to stay in this particular village I would suggest you look elsewhere.

I was literally shocked and outraged by the request for additional payment of €57 after Check-out, against a catastrophic restaurant service during my stay at this hotel.

The restaurant service was nothing short of disastrous: I had to wait two and a half hours to receive only 2 measly courses per person, in a restaurant that seemed clearly suborganic and in total confusion. What's more, I even found two dead midges in the clam sauce, a shameful hygienic situation to say the least. The temperature in the room was stifling, over 30 degrees, due to an obviously inadequate air conditioning system, probably due to the continuous coming and going of the staff between the restaurant and the pool.

We expected a quiet dinner, also given the place that presented itself as luxurious, instead we had to endure the revelry of a birthday party by the pool, completely ruining the atmosphere that we had set ourselves being my girlfriend's birthday.

I find it nothing short of scandalous that the hotel management then called me back over 5 days after Check-out, contacting me via message, without even apologizing for the inconvenience, to ask for this ridiculous additional payment. When I replied explaining that the management had offered dinner, I was told that actually only the plate with the flies had been discounted, making me therefore also look like a liar, despite the fact that there were 2 of us who understood that dinner had been completely offered.

I can only categorically advise against anyone staying at this hotel, which demonstrates a total lack of minimum standards of hotel management and quality of service. Absolutely avoid this structure, it is definitely not worth it.

We stopped returning from Naples to return home to spend the mid-August, we were fine. the 2 guys at the reception kind and very prepared, the room was perfect, clean. pool also very fun, the guys who bring food and drinks to the table, are exquisite, kind and very patient.
We loved the rich and quality breakfast, let's say it's not cheap but in my opinion it's worth it!

Bad experience
We were greeted by a girl who attacked us indicating the fact that we could not bring food and drinks from the outside immediately suspecting that we had
Dirty sunbeds
Dirty umbrellas
There are no buckets to throw trash in
We ordered lunch but waited over an hour for 2 sandwiches and 2 freselle
Both for drinks and food we solicited several times and although the bill was marked the required drinks in fact had brought half
Once lunch ended we asked 5 times to take away the plates and trays as, due to leftover food, we were invaded by flies
Excessive prices for food quality
Last but not least, suddenly activated the irrigation system of the garden in which we were creating a general discomfort to us and other people close to us
Wet towels phones wet electronic cigarettes
After some time they slowly interrupted the irrigation but we did not receive even a minimum of apology

Not a good experience at all & therefore wouldn’t recommend.

We stayed there from 15 to 17 September, on arrival, the gentleman at reception was rather unfriendly and simply pointed us in the general direction of our room. We were left to figure out for ourselves how to open the electric curtains and blinds and search around for other things.

I found the wastebasket in the bathroom not emptied and still had the previous guests' waste including dirty make up wipes, hankies etc which is totally unacceptable. This did not give us confidence that the room was properly cleaned.

When we checked out about two days later, the waste bin had still not been emptied. This was despite the fact that we had reported this to reception shortly after our arrival.

This is exceptionally disappointing for this level of hotel and frankly I don't want to share my room with another person's rubbish, but I would have thought this would be obvious in the hospitality industry. It’s made worse by the fact that one of us is in the shielding category with a low immune system as a result of a medical condition and being exposed to other people’s waste (& therefore germs) could have had serious consequences.

Additionally, our room was not serviced in any way during our stay, as the bins were not emptied and the bed was not made. Once again, this is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

The last problem, which perhaps sums up the culture of this hotel, occurred on our departure. When we checked out, the man at reception (the same disinterested person who let us in) kept playing a game on his mobile phone while printing our receipt and while I was talking to him.

I asked him why he was doing this, but he denied it and continued. I took video of him, but he continued to deny it. I found it incredibly disrespectful and frustrating, so I asked him to stop and focus on my check-out, but he continued.

I have provided the manager with this video in the hope she addresses this behaviour. However, given that she only offered us a free night when we live over 2500 kilometres away in another country (& therefore unable to benefit from this in any way), I don’t hold out much hope for any positive action.

This has never happened to us despite many, many years of travelling and we cannot believe that this is the way this hotel treats their customers.

We would certainly not return to this hotel given the customer experience we had and we hoped that by providing feedback to the manager, future customers would be treated with more respect and care but we woukdnt recommend you spend your valuable time & money finding out. There are much better hotels nearby so visit one of those instead - your visit will be all the better for it.

New hotel, clean, spacious and well appointed rooms with a super comfortable mattress. The pool very nice but Recommendation to clean it better and maybe wear headphones so you can avoid having hair in the pool. Very nice green. Breakfast is good but there is more choice in savoury than sweet.
The staff is friendly especially the cleaning ladies and waitresses.
To improve the living room Recommendation to put in the rooms a sheet of paper with everything related to the stay at the hotel, such as the fact of putting a sign at the door when you want to fix the room, had never happened to me and I saw it by chance returning from lunch.
