We used this hotel for a one-night stop over during a euro-tour. As we pulled up my wife said "It cant be this - it looks derelict". That was the view from the end of the hotel. The main entrance is directly opposite the train station - and so was our room. The trains werent too noisy although the 4am...

Hotel was very pretty and everything was okay, but I recommend it only for people that are very close to each other. There were no doors to bathroom so person in the room could see another person taking a shower. I don't really like this idea.

Very nice hotel with delightful staff in a lovely Austrian village. Rooms are clean yet simple. Beer garden with food service just outside the front door with several restaurants just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The hotel was to be used to visit my mother who was in hospital. Therefore the requirement was for a bed for my wife and I with breakfast. The room its self was ok very large, but tired. We were aware that the newer part would have been an improvement but all we wanted was a bed. this is I...

Love this hotel. Had a recently refurbished roo with lots of great features. Owner (Walter) is always there, checking on the well-being of his guests. Looks like a great place for business meetings, too!

We stayed for one night as it was cheaper than staying in Lichtenstein. The room was pretty basic but was exactly what we needed. The toilet and shower were in a separate room and the sink and mirror were in the main bedroom but with a wall partly separating them from the bed area. The wifi was good and breakfast...

We stayed at this hotel one night en route - one of its advantages, it's close to the motorway & the train stations. Our room was in the old part of the hotel (as we learned only the next morning) which could certainly do with an update. Unfortunately, we could not switch off the heating or open the window. Breakfast...

For many years I have travelled around the world and found good and many bad hotels. My most pleasant experience has been my stay at the Hotel Hoher Freschen in Rankweil. The rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and the service was simply outstanding. I had the misfortune to fall ill for a day and the way the hotel management cared...

I've been staying at the Hoher Freschen every second year for over 10 years taking school exchange groups there. The position of the Hotel is perfect - you can easily travel into Germany, Switzerland and explore the area around Rankweil! Hospitality and ambience (especially in December when we normally frequent this hotel) is outstanding. I particularly like the family like...
