Strange place. I booked a duplex for a week. Bear in mind it holds 3 people. I arrived late with 2 friends. The manager said, "who are these 2 people", to which I replied that they were friends helping me unpack and that we were going to have a few drinks before going out. I was told that the hotel...

Two plus area's of this hotel are; Fairly good location, close to holiday world and market. Communal area's and rooms kept clean. We stayed here for two weeks during July 2016. I have to say it was a massive disappointment, especially as our expectations where not high. Firstly, there are many Spanish guests at this hotel. This would normally not...

It is an _okay_ accomodation but better to find an other. Kitchen is poorly equipped, bed are horrible unconfortable. Main advantage is the Canarian receptionist, who is fluent on Swedish and English and eager to help.

We booked two nights at this hotel as we had problems with our previous hotel. After we got there we booked in and was there for less than two hours, people were rude and even threw us out of the pool for no reason (during the day). I phoned the manager and said we were not happy and could we...

Basic apartments that are a bit dated and in need of refurbishment. A little far away from the major centres for some but perfect for the purpose of my trip (3 night stay to go to the football in Las Palmas). Mix of Spanish residents and holiday makers within the complex and there were a number of families with younger...

My 23rd visit to Gran Canaria in 10 yrs so quiet familiar with area & island. Sun Gardens is in a pretty, if a little remote, part of Campo International near to Holiday World. A small complex, most apartments face the pool. Accommodation and complex in general is somewhat tired and needs a revamp. It is well run, clean and...

I got a nice and sympathetic 2-storey bungalow that was really one of the best values for money I ever got. OK, there are some spots, some scratches, some old furniture but one can feel that there is a touch and a sign there was top quality planning there before. Some details like the cleaned bath tubs or the towels...

Returned last night after spending ten days at the sun gardens. It is the nicest place I have stayed in mAspalomas - the staff are kind and helpful and the hygiene in the bungalows and within the whole complex is to a really high standard, I'd go as far as saying 100% It has a little shop open from early...

First visit to the Canary Islands. Booked via Alpharooms as cheapest option for this Hotel.30 mins from Airport. Hotel complex was 42 'Bungalows' which are actually built on 2 floors with pitched roofs, Bedroom and Toilet/Shower upstairs and Lounge/ Kitchen(Self Catering) downstairs. No air conditioning but not a problem as you could have front door and back door and window...
