Old hotel in a great location close to the beach and with a wonderful palm tree garden when its windy. Even though the hotel is old it´s always well kept, the staff is professional and make you feel comfortable all the time. The all-inclusive is good but not at the top level. 4/5. The pool is not that big but... More

Location Excellent location next to the dunes and promenade, sun beds payable on dunes, promenade has numerous shops, designer outlets ( could be cosher?) and supermarkets, main town is a 5 minutes walk. Hotel, Excellent quality, standard room overlooks carpark which can be noisy in the early hours with deliveries etc, try and get a pool or lagoon side room.... More

It is a nice all inclusive hotel with direct access to the beach and the dunes. Beautiful gardens, staff very kind and helpful. Very clean hotel, however a bit outdated: rooms need refurbishing (at least the standard ones), WiFi works well, A/C is a bit too noisy. The pool is not impressive and too small if all guests would like... More

Clean hotel, nice pool with a big undeep area for kids, very friendly service, very easy beach access was a major plus. It's what you'd expect from this kind of hotel. Visited with 3 couples and 5 kids. Mini club in the afternoon was fun for the kids. Only downside would be the relatively poorly equipped gym (though machines that... More

We were traveling with my 11yr old son on our third trip to Gran Canary. This hotel initially felt a bit stuffy - the majority of clients are older German couples. Then we kind of forgot about that as we left the hotel for various activities and got used to the place in general. The food and drinks were great... More

Would highly recommend this hotel, the outside appearance of the hotel does not do it justice. Food, service everything about our week's stay was great. The gardens were beautiful, a short safe walk into Maspalomas, where there were lovely bars and restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, a hotel to unwind and enjoy a perfect break.

A bus station 5min away, where you can visit many places at your own leasure. This area of Maspalomas is far quieter than Playa del ingles, this where the night life is,but being a pensioner I like Maspalomas. It has a lovely shopping area a great outdoor restaurants overlooking the sea.
