Stayed for a week, place itself isn't bad, staff friendly enough but not recommended for a quiet, peaceful break. The rooms are blocks of 4 and have interconnected doors, the noise is terrible, can hear conversations as if in the same room, noise from toilets, showers, TV etc. One night someone was forcing the connecting door to come into our room at 2am, possibly a drunken mistake but frightening to be woken up by it. We asked to move twice and they said nothing available but there were empty rooms on the site. The rooms are adequate sized but could do with upgrading, tired looking but clean. Pool etc looks fine. One thing to note is that after paying up to 90 a night you have to pay extra for air conditioning and extra to use the TV! Would not return.
booked holiday , and seen there was a option to upgrade to a private pool so phoned and was told to contact jet 2 who contacted the hotel and was told it could only be processed in person , got to the hotel and was told it was available but had to come back in the morning done that and it wasn’t available , then was told it was available our 3rd day fast forward and it wasn’t. Staff were very rude and unhelpful especially viktor who I found extremely rude , hotel was lovely and clean. The safe didn’t work the full time we were there and the restaurant or bar wasn’t opened either. Was told we must wear a wristband to identify as hotel quests , we bought a boat trip from a gentleman at the pool which later turned out to be a scam however we were assured all people in the hotel had a band on .”…
Stayed here for one week from 14 November 2021 took b and b option and veru glad we did breakfast superb with option of freshly cooked eggs each morning Staff all very pleasant and helpful cleanliness top marks and hygiene issues well covered will definitely stay again very enjoyable break
Please don't take any notice of any negative comments about this hotel. We've just come back from a week half board and were so pleased with everything the hotel has to offer. The food is very good. The bungalows, in blocks of four are very clean and have everything you need, even for self caterers. The whole complex is lovely and the pool area is absolutely gorgeous. Only negative comment I would make is the fact that there are a lot of broken sunbeds, but there are plenty about to find good ones. It's a 30 minute walk to the centre but taxis are plentiful and it's only 3-4 euros. A trip to Puerto de Mogan is a must, such a lovely little place, bus from outside hotel and costs £3.20. Also a trip to Playa del Ingles is about 5 euros by taxi. Couldn't fault this place and so ;glad the negative comments didn't deter us!!…
We stayed here for a week and had an incredible time. We booked a Premium Bungalow and we weren't disappointed with a private garden including sun loungers and table and chairs, large kitchen/diner/lounge, a separate bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Dinner and breakfast included an excellent selection of items. The cook to order fried eggs and omelette at breakfast and meats and fish at dinner were not expected as part of the half board deal, but were very welcome. We took taxis to the Yumbo Centre each evening (approximately €5 each way) and also walked down to the beach (approximately 30 minutes' walk) a few times. We will return to the Caybeach Princess. The lack of wifi in the bungalow (it was available in reception) was compensated by the access to 4G through our phone provider. Thank you to all the staff that made us feel safe and provided an excellent experience.…
