Fantastic hotel, beautiful. Our Indian and Italian restaurants in the complex serve terrible food though, most of which you can get in the main food hall so I wouldn't bother going to them. The food hall is amazing and delicious with so many varieties of food you can't go hungry, and you've got two smaller food areas outside if you want something quicker. The holiday reps are good fun and I enjoyed playing darts, rifle shooting, bow and arrow, and a bingo drinking game. I didn't go in the pool as I don't swim. the variety of foods were delicious and fresh, and its a great opportunity to try things you've never tried before. the weather was lush until leaving day, the beer and liquors and spirits were great but the cocktails were very watered down. The main bars within both hotels need the slushy machines. all the staff were really friendly and nice. our only grievances were that when we went to bed our first night there were loads of long hairs in the bed, we both have very short hair, the cocktails were weak, our safe was locked and we had to get a repairman up to open it, and the Indian and Italian restaurants on site were terrible. My only suggestion would be to have a shop there that sells books, stationary and post cards, to have a stronger free wifi as that's bad too, and for the non alcoholic drinks machines at the bar to be available 24/7, i.e. fizzy pop, water, hot drinks and juice. Otherwise it was an amazing stay and we wanna come back for sure.

Lovely hotel overall but disappointed with a few things. As it was an all in package we felt it wrong to charge 16 euros for some of the 4 poster sun beds. Also no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, again an extra charge to hire a kettle. Cocktails not included either. There was a dress code for the evening meal, but we saw a poor female member of staff refuse entry to a scruffy man in a sleeveless vest only to be over ruled by another member of staff when the couple got argumentative, even the old security man wandered away. She was doing the right thing and should have been backed up. Also during the day we witnessed a man with a wife/partner and 2 young children walking around the bar/reception area in shorts with foul language across his backside, we thought unacceptable in this level of hotel. We found the Chinese restaurant disappointing and the other food on offer was OK but very similar each night. Only 3 out 4 lifts working, and with the Covid restrictions we usually had to use the stairs. Hotel was spotless and staff friendly. We had a 2nd floor room facing the front fountain area, the room was a good size as was the balcony. We had trouble with the safe twice but both times it was fixed very quickly within 15 mins which deserves praise. On check in more time could be spent explaining the facilities and layout better, not just circling spots on a photocopied map, and at this rating we didn't expect to be left to take our own luggage and find the room by ourselves. There are many good points, but at a all inclusive 4 star rating there were lots of things lacking or not included.

A superb hotel with something for everyone; spotlessly clean and well staffed with efficient and friendly people throughout. The all inclusive package was fantastic. Room 1308 was ideal if you want a quiet room and it got the morning sun which was lovely too

Stunning hotel and complex, the adults only pool is just great. We loved the cabana beds around the adults pool which are free of charge. We paid for the white cabana beds €16 for the day; which were also great. Food in the buffet was good, breakfast was great. The Italian and Asian restaurant on site wasn’t the best, was buffet style with not much choice. Seemed like was the same food from the buffet in there. Not much to do around the hotel, we was bored on evening as not much entertainment for adults in the hotel at all. We went to playa del ingles which we found a few great bars - tipsy hammock to be our fave. Cafe del mar is 5-10 mins away in taxi, ask for the lighthouse and walk 3 mins to the right and you’ll find it. Was amazing there for food cocktails and amazing shows! The hotel was soo so clean and staff were lovely.

We spent Christmas week here and what a fantastic stay we had. I was really unsure of the hotel due to some previous negative reviews - but our experience was very positive. First up, the hotel complex is huge; with well-kept grounds and brilliant facilities for all guests. You can do a number of daily activities- even on Christmas Day! Big shout out to Zoe our SUP yoga instructor! The spa is worth a visit and the treatments very reasonably priced. The grounds and pool areas are absolutely immaculate. Several pool bars and areas make it easy to relax. The restaurant is self-service and offers a wide choice of healthy and indulgent food. The Asian restaurant is absolutely worth a visit too. The biggest thank you has to be for the restaurant staff who catered for the Gala dinner on Christmas Day. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very convivial. Possibly the only moan I have is the lack of lift service on the Tabaiba side, but if they had have worked - I would’ve put on weight from eating and drinking so much. Would happily recommend and definitely look forward to returning!
