1. Unsafe - came back to find my room open. 2. Dirty - bed sheets smelled like sweat from previous customer and had make up stains. 3. Beyond dirty! - shower looks like it has not been cleaned for years. Carpet equally disgusting 4. Health and safety - Kettle in the wardrobe. No further comments! 5. The management must have...

We booked a while ago for this hotel for a weekend trip to Leeds, to avoid noisy Christmas parties I thought a small hotel would be ideal. I requested a quiet room and according to the website a full English breakfast was offered at £5 per person. We arrived in the afternoon as planned and were shown to our room...

We ended up leaving in the evening because there was no way we could stay here. It was awful! The rooms were filthy! Dust and dirt everywhere! The shower and the shower curtains had black mildew all over. The plug sockets that were for the TV and box were broken. Only one worked the other looked like it had been...

OK Sometimes needs outweigh other things,In my last review I said I wouldn't stay again,So the 3rd of December found me walking past the fag ends, and weeds in the flower beds with a sinking feeling,But apart from arriiving 30 minutes early, and being treated like I had a disgusting disease,The Hotel seemed a hell of a lot cleaner [inside anyway] Than...

This hotel is gross! If I could give no stars I would! Walked into our room to see a large sofa bed covered in stains and splatters of god knows what. The windows were full of mould. The condensation was dripping down the windows onto the walls below and skirting boards with damp. All around the bed on the skirting...

Comfortable, Good breakfast, Good value, good service from staff. The location for us was very suitable. As we had to go football stadium Ellan road. It was only 10 minutes drive and I would return and recommend it to others”

I stayed there over the weekend with my friends, we had 3 rooms booked and I can say the hotel was brilliant, cleans bed sheets and towels , clean bathrooms a lot of space for parking free wifi, and best thing it was very reasonably priced,

It still advertises with AA and old certifiactes from previous owner. No bar, no dinner, no breakfast, no WIFI although available according to the Website. Unfriendly and dirty. Front door open all night and we were alone. No reception even in the morning, when everything was locked up for breakfast. Seriously shady dealings going on there....
