I never knew Phuket had such a beautiful and peaceful Naithon beach and Naithon beach is the location of Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach! This is another five-star resort in Phuket which must stay. There is comfortable room, very beautiful view, infinity pool, delicious food, especially Vero, an Italian restaurant, every menus are great. So, I can say, I peach this place so much 🍑

The whole property is spread on a hillock overlook the sea. Many of the rooms are at quite a height, and movement around the hotel is managed by a team of shuttles. Smaller pools at all levels and a very large infinity one at lobby level. Rooms well appointed with excellent linen and decor. Service standards very high in the restaurant as also the rooms. Brett the Resort Manager also met us (he makes it a point to meet all Gold members) and offered his personal welcome, which we did think was very special. Brett’s hard work and eye for detail was evident all across the property.

Amazing Hotel. The manager is so engaging and hands on. Beautiful premises with incredible views from every aspect. Service is wonderful and staff so helpful. Close to the beach shops restaurants and markets. Cannot wait to return.

7 nights 4-11 March 2023 B&B, package booked via TUI travelling from London UK as a couple. We reached the hotel early morning. Given that we had a good 6 hours to kill prior to the 3pm check-in time, we arranged to have breakfast followed by a spa session that we had pre-booked. Our comments: The hotel is beautiful, well maintained and kept very clean comparable to the other Pullman we stayed in Khao Lak. We did not have to wait to get a table at the restaurants or deckchairs by the pool. The seafood buffet and the thai dinner were both delicious and gave us the opportunity to taste a lot of dishes. Loved the thai desserts. The housekeeping staff is efficient, and our room was always done by 12pm every day. However, the turndown service was a bit inconsistent, and we did not receive this service towards the end of our stay. We tried 3 different spa treatments, and they were all outstanding. But, be warned that prices are equivalent to what you would pay in the UK in a 5-star facility. The breakfast buffet has many local food options! We particularly enjoyed the soup & noodles and the Indian dosa counters. I enjoyed my impromptu cooking class with Chef PK who allowed me to try making my own dosa. We really enjoyed our private yoga classes taught by Bonus who is enthusiastic and talented. Shame that the hotel does not provide complimentary sunrise and sunset yoga classes as advertised on their website. A special shout-out to Bonus and Chef PK as you have made our holiday more special. Overall, we can only applaud the good customer service throughout our stay. However, if you want the extra touch, you need to be an ACCOR gold or platinum member. We could not help noticing that there was a category of guests who received perks such as a glass of pink champagne, customised canape trays delivered to their breakfast table and personal greetings by the floor manager. Having chatted to other guests who had booked from other travel agents and appeared to receive better add-on’s from the hotel, it certainly felt that a TUI UK customer was a lower-tiered client. We paid for an ocean-view room via TUI which was a fantastic room in Block 1 (room 318) with a spacious balcony overlooking the bay. The room was conveniently situated on the same level as Elements restaurant and not far from the main pool. One drawback was the proximity of the balcony to the access stairway leading to the viewpoint area where hotel guests would invariably come & take selfies right in front of us whilst we were trying to have a quiet snooze on the balcony lounger! One evening, there was a private event held in the area beneath our balcony which meant that we were unable to chill outside and our very last night was somewhat marred by the loud music coming out of Vero restaurant which held a private party until 11pm when we had an early check-out the next morning! But, all in all, this was a very pleasant week spent at Pullman Arcadia Phuket Naithon Beach. …

This resort hotel is exceptional! Let me start by saying the staff was first class. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. The management team was always visible and greeted as many of the guests that they could. The hands on by management personnel showed how much they enjoyed their jobs and trust me this is not normal at many places I have stayed around the world. The rooms were big and well appointed. Although we read many comments on the food and drink prices being high, they were not ridiculous. Keep in mind this is a 5-star location. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! My wife was smiling from ear to ear the day they had their “Donut Bar”. They had her favorite Pink Iced Sprinkle donut. The breakfast buffet had everything you could ever want. They mixed it up on the breakfast buffet with various dishes every day. The grounds were manicured and well kept. Lots of water features throughout the resort. The pool areas were gorgeous, clean and lots of lounges. There were always plenty of towels and they even had sunscreens to tie to your umbrella. They offered poolside drinks and food service, and always had filtered water available at a self-serve bar. The resort has direct access to Nai Thon Beach. There are a couple set of steps you have to walk down and up to get to and from the beach. However, the resort is very large, and they have several vehicles they use to escort you around if you need transfer to and from your room and you could also call and ask for a ride to the entrance of the resort which puts you on street level and you can then access the beach without using the steps. If you want to splurge and treat yourself to a very nice resort, this is the place to stay!…

The hospitality we received from the hotel manager Albert and all of his staff was fantastic!.....the hotel is so well designed into the natural surroundings it is so beautiful to explore, the facilities are wonderful, the grounds full of nature and the views are simply breathtaking! A must stay! If it were possible to give 10 stars then I would!

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. Everything was wonderful. The staff were extra friendly and helpful. The food was fabulous. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had. The facilities were great. We loved the beach below the hotel and the lovely little village where we got a very cheap massage every day.

Extremely impressed with all the staff managed by the most visible hotel manager of any resort! Albert and his team were exceptional -we see him all over the resort quite a few times a day. The breakfast spread was amazing and Urs - F&B manager was always in attendance as well. The staff were extremely helpful down to the smiling housekeeping service! Well done to an exceptional and beautiful resort hotel. We were just disappointed we didn’t try all the restaurants as they looked amazing too. Must return!
