Met some friends at this little off the road Motel & resort near Salmon Arm, nice place, not to far from town and quiet at night. There were fully services lots and partial services lots and a dock!

Crystal and Deana were very nice and very helpful...I will definitely bring a boat next time to cruise the Shuswap Lake!!

We just stayed one week at the Sky Blue Water Resort, in Tappen BC! We had never stayed at this campground before, so we thought we would give it a chance!! We ABSOLUTELY LOVED our stay!! The grounds are well kept, bathrooms were spotless (I do not like spiders) so the bathroom I totally trusted to go into!

This place is under brand new management - Dion is extremely hard working and a super nice guy! You can tell customer satisfaction is #1, with him and that is huge with us!

The view over the lake was just out of this world!! A view of this from all of the windows from our trailer, was a huge treat, as well! The lake was literally a stone throw away!

The tenting area looked so cozy and spacious!! The entire area was very well treed, which offered tons of shade during those really hot days! Each site was equipped with a picnic table and fire pit (Same with the RV sites)

Sky Blue water offers Power/water and sewer, which was a huge bonus for us!! Very convenient, for sure! They also offer seasonal, which is AWESOME!!

In our opinion, this is one of the BEST vacation spots in the area!! The Co-Op gas station is a short drive down the road! It offers amazing and HUGE scoops of ice cream at a VERY reasonable price, liquor store and snacks and such!

Day trips are so fun, as it’s a short drive to see some beautiful spots, in any direction!!

I could go on and on here!! We will be back very soon and very much appreciate everything Dion!!

You all are such hard working and dedicated individuals, it certainly shows!! We can’t wait to see this place take off in the years to come!!

Dions cousin who welcomed us inside the office upon check-in, was such a kind and sweet soul!! Her super adorable puppy welcomed us too!! What a great start to our week!!

We would highly recommend this place to family and friends and even strangers! Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Sky Blue Waters Resort located on the Shuswap Lake at the end of the Salmon Arm. You turn off the Trans Canada highway to Sunnybrae, Herald Provincial Park, and Margaret Falls.

A tranquil location surrounded by mountains providing the perimeter for the lake. The motel accomodation, RV sites, and tenting campground are situated on a bench which overlooks the lake. The tent sites are spacious, and the lawn areas clean. The location is popular for summer family gatherings and events and facilitates the variety of overnight accommodation depending on your needs. It is the perfect summer beach environment for rest, relaxation, and inspiration.

The beach for swimming, and boating wharf is right across the road. The motel units are clean and comfortable, and equipped with kitchens. Daily housekeeping services were good, and wifi internet is provided, and their is a small store carrying essential supplies. Their is a co-op grocery just several blocks away and the city of Salmon Arm is only a 10 minutes drive.

Came for a family reunion holiday in late July. The scenery is beautiful. How can the shuswaps not be, right! But the park is dirty with dust throughout. The bathrooms are never serviced and run out of t.p. The shower is filled with spiders and other interesting bugs. The walls and floor have not been cleaned in I don't know how long. If I had to guess......it would be all summer. Guests in the motel are told they don't clean at all in the room until after you leave. Not sure when that's supposed to be cause one of our party had to have hers cleaned after she checked in and saw how dirty and messy her place was. I have not seen any attempts at cleaning by the staff here. It's also located on a very busy road that you have to cross in order to get to the beach. Very noisy. But the site can't do anything about that. Not their fault.

Stopped in for a night on our way home. WOW what a fantastic place. Right on the water. The osprey nests with the babies were fabulous to see in the trees out front. We set up our little two man tent right between two trailers :)) Wifi worked perfectly. The wonderful lady running the grounds was a true gem. So polite. So attentive. The grounds and washrooms are so well kept and very clean. We would go back in heart beat. We had a very memorable, happy stay at Sky Blue. Loved it. !! By far our favorite place we stayed on our journey from BC and back to Ontario.

Spent past three nights enjoying the beautiful views of Shuswap lake from our roomy, clean and friendly full sevice site. Lots of campers from grandparents to babies and no one left in spite of the rain. New management since April and they have done a ton of work. Very friendly approachable and helpful. Campers were friendly quiet at night. Will definitely be back.
