Detailed Reviews
The owners went out of their way to accommodate my stay. Fantastic people. Inn was well kept and clean. Very quiet and peaceful location. Only down side was the area businesses close time. The Ross Creek store was open to 9pm but if you wanted to access a drugstore you needed to do so before 6Pm.

The Inn is a hidden gem in the North Sushwap. It’s a rustic and quaint lodge that is run by new owners. The property is awesome with a great games room offering pool, table tennis, piano, cards etc. The sleeping rooms are very clean and the beds very comfortable. There are BBQ facilities available and a breakfast that's included which is among the best we’ve had.

A family member stayed 2 nights last weekend while attending a family reunion. Camping was not an option for her. She was treated so well and really enjoyed her stay. She and any others needing accommodations for our next reunion will be booking here.

After a long and arduous drive to the lodge we were one of two couples staying the night. There are 16 rooms. They shoved us into a tiny dark dingy room upstairs at the back of the building. No view, no redeeming features at all. You would think if the lodge is empty they would showcase a room with a view, but no. We had a guy doing construction just outside our sliding glass door, which needed to be wide open to allow some airflow to reach the tiny room fan. Bang ,bang. Lovely!! Perhaps that’s why the locals all call it Angermomt!!
We immediately left after check in, fully willing to pay for another hotel, but there weren’t any available! We went back, begrudgingly, and stayed there. I even sacrificed my own pillow because after being in that room I didn’t want it back!
We left at 6 am! The continental breakfast consisted of expired yoghurt, canned pineapple, and some kind of packaged cookie thing, oh, and a juice box. Yum! It’s nasty there! Just way too old and dingy, not welcoming at all!
Hopefully when the place sells the new owners will use the building to its potential. Until then don’t waste your money and driving time👎

If you love circa 1970's including brown foreboding carpet and a god awful smell, this is the place to stay! We booked for 2 nights but stayed for 1. The guy that runs the place is lovely (his parents own it) but seriously it needs about 500K, a full facelift and clean up. The area with the pool table feels like a thrift store with gross looking furniture, a TV from 1974 and VHS videos. There is even an electric meter.... I just got the heebie jeebies here. Shut it down, modernize it and rebrand it.

Thanks Carson for the last minute reservation and for allowing our little dog Marvin to join us! That was most appreciated. A great inn, wonderful location and view, the great room is absolute quaintness with a beautiful deck, soooo cozy. Very authentic and unique inn. Bed was comfy, we slept great and we hope to be back soon, we would definitely recommend, don’t change a thing!

Stayed at the Anglemont Inn with our travel trailer during a family function this past weekend. Marty and Maureen were gracious and accommodating hosts and the property is large and private. The lodge is rustic and charming, full of neat knickknacks and furniture Marty has made himself. As we didn't stay in a room I can't comment on their size, but all the common areas are kept very clean and tidy. This in would make a great spot for a large family reunion/gathering or quiet relaxing weekend away.

This bed and breakfast was well set up to host our family reunion. The overall functionality and layout was excellent for hosting for reunion - lots of activities and area for family to spread out. The rooms were small and the furnishings basic but it works for what this facility is trying to be. Really nice family that owns/operates the property - excellent hosts!

We stayed here for three nights in early August. The Inn which is actually a Bed and Breakfast has 16 rooms in a large log house style building. The rooms can be accessed from an inside hall or a wraparound deck with a sliding door. The Inn is very rustic but modern at the same time.
There is a large furnished library which is more like a large but cozy living room with many antiques and wooden furniture. Breakfast was included in the price although is more of a continental style.
The only downfall was no air conditioning in the rooms so with the hot August temperatures it was a little close in the rooms. Other than that no complaints.
If you visit and see a couple chair pads on two outside deck chairs, enjoy them because I forgot them.

We decided to get off the highway on our drive between Calgary and Vancouver Island and discovered this wonderful small inn with fantastic views over the Shuswap Arm of the lake. Its a gracious log lodge full of original artwork and hand-crafter furniture made by the owners. Marty and Maureen are gracious hosts and provide that personal touch. Rooms are small but comfy and spotless. Huge public areas within the lodge provide lots of toys, books and games and space to relax. We'll be back again.
