This review is long over due! I stayed here on two separate occasions, one year apart while visiting family in Israel during the summer. Pnina and Ehud are exceptional hosts which is why Barud will always be our first choice in the area. The place is beautiful & relaxing. The family unit is specious, clean and had everything our family needed. Pnina our host was always available to answer questions and requests. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and that we felt right at home. Thank you Pnina for making our stay memorable! We look forward to staying at Barud during our next visit to Israel.

Barud is a beautiful place to stay in Gedera. It is located in a bellĂsimo neighborhood ,ful of trees, flowers surrounding beautiful houses.
The place itself is part of such nice environment.
Inside the unit, everything is clean and comfortable with everything at hand for every need during the stay.
Bed and furniture very comfortable.
You will alway feel at home brin relaxed at the same time.

we had a great time! The place is cozy, spacious, clean and pampering. Equipped with everything you need to take a break from everyday life.

We stayed for just one night recently but wished we had longer in Gedera. It is a lovely little town and this B&B is wonderful - it is equipped with everything you could need and the hosts go out of their way to make everything perfect for the stay. The two bedrooms are comfortable ad the living area has everything we could need. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Every time coming to Gedera I like to stay in this hotel. I can't call it a hotel as my friend and I always feel at home here. Not only comfort, attention to details but also warm welcome which we receive every time and hospitality of owners make our stays here nice and unforgettable. We really appreciate how the hostess takes care of her guests. It's beautiful and quiet here. You can relax in a garden or make barbeque. It's not far to drive to the seashore. Come and try yourself!

Last Monday we married and hosted the house for rent of B & B vacation rentals. Pnina, the landlady, hosted us perfectly! The house is meticulous, clean, tastefully decorated for a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere (which is very important on a wedding day!), Recommend with love and joy!

My family and I visited Israel during April 2014; it was a very long trip from Mexico. We were very fortunate to stay at Barud Bed and Breakfast. The owners, Pnina and Ehud, made our experience unforgettable. It is not only that the apartment we got was very clean and full of cozy details (Provence style)-even toys for our kids, but our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. For instance, although cooking facilities are not enough for cooking a complete meal (excluding breakfast), the owners of this wonderful bed and breakfast offered their kitchen and opened their house for us anytime we needed. What was most incredible, they hosted us for their Pesaj dinner and welcomed my Israeli family in their own garden during 2 occasions. Next time I visit Israel I will definitively stay at Barud again.

This was my 8th trip to Israel. Finding a place in Gedera was close to impossible, but then I found Barud B&B... a wonderful place. Located in peaceful surroundings and with a very cosy indoor design made my stay there very comfortable. The owners were a joy to talk to, very helpful and serviceminded!
Barud is the perfect place for anyone who wants a romantic, relaxing and peaceful stay.
