Good hotel. Beside to thermas dos laranjais, with good infrastructure in the hotel and on bedrooms. Unfortunately, my air conditioning system was leaking water, and the arrival was a bit confusing. Despite some problems, it's recommended.

The convenience of being at the entrance to the park is great but everything is charged separately at the hotel: Towels for the hotel's own pools, wifi. Bars and shops do not have integration for payment at check out, and if you do not pay until a certain time, call in your room by charging. The food is reasonable, well...

The best thing about the hotel was its proximity to the waterpark. I also liked that they had a series of food trucks and live music out a couple of nights. Some of the hotel staff was really kind to me and my son when he bumped his head and needed ice. The rooms were spacious and clean, but not...

Nearly no advantages of hotel having it's own entrance to the "Parque de Aguas Termais", cause you stil have to buy your ticket and there is no discount offered. Hotel charges extra if you want to take a towel or a bathrobe into Parque. Room/apartment seemed spacious and was divided into bedroom, living room and bathroom. In the living room...

No carnaval o hotel ficou lotado. O restaurante é péssimo pois oferece comida ruim, filas, alimentos ficam todos revirados e atendentes grossas. Além disso, tem regras mesquinhas como taxa para usar toalha da piscina, usar o frigobar, segunda chave do quarto,... O quarto é bom e a proximidade com o parque nos fez optar por esse hotel. Por estar lotado,...
