Since I experienced staying here myself (see my previous review), this place wasn't included in my shortlisted venues for teambuilding. But because our client wants to, I gave it another chance thinking that "maybe" they already improved. We did oculars and our client liked it. It was just utterly disappointing to find out that they're even worst with corporate customer...

Spent the weekend here with Family. LOVED it. The place is a balm to the weary soul. It's hard not to let the child in you run free when you're exploring the grounds of this lovely place. The staff are super friendly. The rooms are very quaint. We stayed in non-airconditioned rooms, which was not a problem since it was...

The property has great potential. Facilities need to be maintained well. Good for group activities. Food is not so bad but service needs a lot of work. Basic accommodation need to be improved also. No hot water. Almost impossible to shower with very cold water from the tap. Staff need to be retrained also on service. Not very professional. Rating...

Not for the faint hearted.or if you are afraid of heights! Or if you don't like climbing up lots of see through metal steps, and finally if you don't like to walk across a swaying, very narrow, long, rope bridge as part of your return journey! This is not for you! An exhilarating experience over two valleys and view of pineapple fields...

Also, best for company outing or team building. We had a 2day planning session and were not able to use the amenities. But we had a...

Stayed on the standard rooms 1 and 2. I guess our group was lucky since we were the only guests on the BIGHOUSE. The BIGHOUSE main common area was spacious and offers a good view and more than enough cool breeze of air coming in. The pools were clean and the all the staffs were helpful and polite. Resort grounds...

The place is a piece of heaven that it is surrounded by majestic view of clouds and blue sky at day time which seems to be meeting the greenery of mountains which are another awesome attraction of the place. Such a scenic and wonderful view, a place suitable for relaxing, swimming and even extreme activities as such that the hotel...
