Warm, welcoming, spacious room, fabulous beach views in a wonderful part of the Highlands , lovely hosts - and gorgeous Boo, the great dane. We loved it! Howard and Julie are wonderful hosts. They made our young labrador very welcome (despite her 'foibles'). Boo even helped our puppy get used to other dogs - in a gentle manner...... Excellent advice...

In a breathtaking scenery north west by the sea we found a very welcoming and warm place. We stayed only for two nights but we keep the memory of our stay for much longer. Howard and Julie are the perfect hosts with good advices regarding sites to visit (evan maps are given) , regarding the spacious room and the excellent...

Had a lovely night's stay here, together with our poodle Bailey. Julie and Howard very welcoming and friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean and tidy. Fabulous breakfast cooked and presented expertly. Bailey enjoyed meeting the resident Great Dane and had a bit of a romp with him before we left. Thanks for your hospitality

We stayed here for 5 nights in July 2014 and had a wonderful time. The welcome was warm and even our dog was made to feel at home. Breakfast was perfectly cooked with plenty of choice including Stac Fada's own freshly laid eggs, home-made jams and delicious creamy porridge. The service was absolutely excellent - fast, helpful and never intrusive....

Thank you for your kind review. We are delighted that you had a comfortable stay with us and were able to explore this beautiful part of the Highlands in dry, sunny weather. It was a pleasure to have the three of you as guests and you will always be welcome at Stac Fada.

Great service. Friendly, clean and a hearty breakfast. One of the best b&b we've visited. Views are stunning and so helpful on hikes and things to do. Wish we had more time to explore the area and see more. A must for any traveller 10/10.

We had our second 2-night stay in 3 years at Stac Fada over the bank holiday weekend. The service was second-to-none. Over the years we have found that some establishments tolerate dogs, but Julie and Howard welcome them. The double room is spacious, as is the bathroom. The breakfast was cooked to perfection. My husband enjoyed swapping gardening tips with...

STAC FADA: One of the best B&B's of Scotland, if not the best.. SERVICE: The owners are really warm and kind, we checked out of the B&B and did a walk in Stoer and when we came back to the car there was an envelope with flashlight that we had forgotten. They are so sweet it is like you are...

A true bed and breakfast in a beautiful location with stunning views, and warm and friendly hosts to the four of us and our 2 dogs. The drive to get there is a bit treacherous, but well worth the journey. The rooms and bath were all very clean and Howard is a wealth of knowledge about the area and can...

You have to make a little trip trought the rough scenery of Assynth, but it's worth it if you like astonishing locations! Julie and Howard made us feel very welcome and our two dogs received a certificate for being well behaved which was a nice touch. Breakfast was out of this world and the room was faultless as was the bathroom. The views are great and the peace and quiet means a good nights sleep. Highly recommend and hope to return ourselves.
