Love this homely hotel right on the beach. Rooms need a refurb but for the price I didn't expect more. A lovely view from the room and great air-conditioning has made our stay very comfortable. The staff have been brilliant and the owner's son even drove me to the supermarket when I needed something for my 5 year old. Lounging...

We spent one week at the Sun Hotel Kineta in July 2016 We were so very pleasantly surprised because we did not know what to expect. The rooms are very basic but clean and most importantly the A/C the shower and the toilet and the mini fridge were all in good working order. This is a great hotel if you...

Our room had a perfect view to the sea. The beach was so close to the hotel that you could even hear the waves at night, and it was very calming. Since there isn't any street between the hotel and the beach, it was very safe for the kids to go back and forth the hotel and the beach. There...

When booked we knew it was a budget hotel but didn't expect what we were facing at arrival. We parked at the back of the hotel where it was even more obvious that the building wasn't refurbished in the last 30 years, neither were the windows - or anything else cleaned. The lady at the reception was friendly but she...

Location was great. The beach is pebbly but the sun loungers are free when you stay at the hotel. The sea is clean. Lunches and evening meals were home cooked, traditional Greek dishes, very tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, very accommodating e.g provided free lifts to the local supermarket and train station when we...

The setting of this place is on the beach which is the only thing going for it. The hotel is grimy. The room was awful. The door handles were falling off. Our room was short of 2 sheets and 2 towels. The 'blanket' was a lumpy old threadbare sleeping-bag. The pillows were very lumpy. I am very glad we were...

I stayed at the sun hotel on the 09th of May and found the hotel very well located right on the beach and the staff is very friendly. The rooms and the whole hotel would need s refurbishment and could make a real success with nicer bathrooms and modernised rooms. At the moment it is good value for money and...

Sun Hotel is located in a very nice beach in Kinetta, 40 minutes from Athens. The hotel is old and especially the bathrooms need renovation. Nevertheless, the rooms are nice, with TV, Air Conditioner and refrigerator. Ideal for families with kids since there is no road between the beach and the hotel. Parking and beach umbrellas and sunbeds are free...
