POSITIVES
I really liked almost everything.
From the entrance you can see really nice situated hotel in front of the mountain Massive.
It has really nice garden and it is well maintained as all the property.
There was a really nice welcoming lady at the reception who helped us with all our questions.
I can not say anything about wellness because we did not try. We found a really nice lake about 1h by car so we prefered natural swimming. Parco Lavino is about 20-30min by car.
The room was very clean with a balcony with a view to the mountain massive. I can say that whole property was really well cleaned.
The included breakfest was also very satisfying. I did not like the presentation, it was little bit old-school, but that is the problem in whole Italy and also mine, because I am working in the industry for a long time and I saw a lot of better presented breakfasts. On the other hand the product served was really high quality with local production and own production. Everyone who take the breakfast should ask for the peach juice.
We did get a dinner here because there were some home restaurants around that we wanted to try. I am pretty sure that they are doing pretty good ala carte dinner because the restaurant was quite busy in the evening and the menu was nice structured.
What I really appreciated was the economy of the hotel. Whoever runs the building puts a lot of emphasis on saving both resources and the environment, but at the same time the guest was not disadvantaged. All

NEGATIVES
There's not much to say here, the hotel practically works great. I know from personal experience that it is the frequent presence of the manager (although I think it was directly owner). With this I would like to thank him very much for the stay.
Maybe I would mention only 2 things that I missed but they are really small things and that is the light on the balcony although it is only a matter of time when it will be finished because the electrical wiring is ready for it. And the second thing is the missing little handle on the outside of the balcony door so that the guest can close the door when they want to spend time outside.

On our tenth anniversary, we chose the Regis for a relaxing mini stay.
Beautiful structure, very clean, where tranquility reigns.
Cozy room, spotless, well furnished.
Spa level, also clean and well equipped.
Dinner based on fish and meat finger food, valid, served in the relaxation room of the SPA and consumed obligatorily in a bathrobe.
Excellent breakfast, with products made by them and excellent raw materials.
In short, a nice experience, relaxing.

An environment that offers a vivid sensation of relaxation, allowing body and spirit to find a precious and harmonious balance. In the various well-kept rooms, priority is given to organisation, cleanliness and attention to guests. The solarium, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools with hydromassages, waterfalls and water features, the saunas and the hot/cold path are much appreciated. But if you want to experience a unique emotion you have to live the cave experience: a suffused environment that gives the couple absolute privacy

We stayed several years ago and it was beautiful but now I have to say that it was poorly maintained, small changing rooms, too many people in it that it looked like the municipal swimming pool... Finally, the outdoor swimming pool was not turned on (according to the staff they say that they heat it during the period summer but in my opinion it should be the opposite) high prices for too poor aperitifs!!!

We spent a pleasant stay at this property: excellent service and professionalism.
At breakfast we were literally pampered: variety, quality and... above all genuineness. Try the saragolla bread, a real delicacy, in addition to 100% organic fruit juices.
The Owner, Mr. Faeta, is very attentive to customer satisfaction: suggests, recommends places to visit.
In short, positive and relaxing experience. That's good.

What can I say... morning spent in the large swimming pool with hydromassage, Finnish sauna, vascular path and cave with emotional shower, accompanied by a tasty aperitif with bubbles. Relaxation and well-being pleasantly achieved. Other customers also stopped by for lunch and told me good things about it. I will definitely return, perhaps with a longer stay and experiencing the rest of the resort. The staff is very kind and available for various requests, keep it up.

Really very nice and welcoming structure. You feel comfortable with the well-appointed rooms and a very comfortable bed. Friendly and professional staff. It has ample parking and a spa which I didn't try. I would improve the breakfast which I found a little sparse and basic: there are no scrambled eggs and bacon. There are no "spoon" desserts but only tart and the usual biscuits. The croissants are practically tasteless. There are no juices of any kind, just water - disappointing. And it's a shame because the rest is really worth it. Sometimes a little effort is enough to get to the top.

In addition to the strategic position in which the structure is located, the latter was also chosen for the excellent reviews it brings. The structure is simple but with attention to detail. Being travelers of little pretension, it would have been appreciated even just to be informed, once accompanied to the room, that the view of our 7-day stay would be the part of the building being renovated. The room is simple and spartan in nature, the bathroom needs to be revisited. A plus for breakfast, with excellent quality products, both sweet and savory; since it wasn't served at the buffet, however, it would have been nice to have the possibility to choose from a list, without relying on chance. We only had dinner on the first evening, nothing special. The staff is sometimes absent, but in general they are kind and friendly. We didn't have the opportunity to try the SPA, or at least see it. Still pleasant stay, average, perhaps I was expecting something more.

It's an exceptional resort! We were left speechless. Staff always courteous and available for any request! Never seen such clean rooms. The breakfast was large and varied with quality products. We will definitely return.
