My husband spoiled me for my Birthday in January. We went on Saturday afternoon and left again on Sunday because the lodge was full. The afternoon gamedrive was very nice and we saw elephants, buffalo and other species of the big 5. We booked over the website, and did not get the room we booked initially, but the friendly staff...

Checked in on my 41st birthday (24-Jan-2017). From arrival to departure, my wife and I's experience at Mabula Game Lodge was excellent. The folks in the reception were friendly and professional. We had an extrodianry game guide, Tristan; his knowledge and expertise was exceptional. Thanks for the memories.

Can't be bored at all. You can find anything you need to enjoy a safari expirience and a vacation experience altogether. Beautiful landscapes, the nicest staff. Good food, though you have to be fast. Therefore, it is worth a visit. We enjoyed the safaris very much, our guide was really respectful with the animals which meant that she was not...

Very good experience for the first time. We love to go back maybe for our 50 wedding anniversary in 5 years time. The guides were good and we see the Big Five. The food was excellent. Overall a very good experience.

What a nice place to visit if you really want to do absolutely nothing but lay in the son, braai, join a game drive or two! Absolutely fantastic. The convenience shop is a bliss and stock about anything - even beer! Housekeeping is really nice as your dishes are done twice a day. The only less positive things I experienced...
