It's clean and it has all the basics that you need. You could tell the owners wanted to make this a good hotel but cost is an issue. Otherwise, it's not too bad. The choice of colours could be better but I guess dark brown hides dirt well. It didn't smell dirty though. So that's good. A bonus, even.

7 Heaven is located away from the main Johor Bahru city and for the daily rate charged and facilities available it is an average hotel.
The room is clean, however it is small even for two people. The bathroom is clean & hot water is available only in the shower. It is situated on top of a shop lot stretch and some rooms appear not to have windows. Hence if you are booking a room insist on a window unit. I had a window unit but the window is small and it faced the back of another shot lot stretch. Hence the view is not pleasant. I presume those facing a decent view are the bigger family rooms.
At the time I stayed there, the place was too quiet (few guests may be due to fasting month) and manned by two foreign workers.
For Indian food lovers there is a restaurant next door (not part of 7 Heaven) that is new and serves good Indian food.

Worth for a short stay. I went to pasir gudang for a bussiness trip. Quite a nice stay at this hotel. New hotel so the cleanliness is 5/5. Has amenities such as iron and hair dryer. Ample parking. Near to eateries such as The J (hipster foodcourt), starbucks and etc. There’s massage n spa the next door. Staff is really helpful as he send our luggage n stuff to the room because we came with quite a load of bag for a work. Nice stay!

Got fooled by others good reviews. Smelly smelly smelly room. Old furnishing and bedding. Not even have a box of tissues in the room. And leaky ceiling from rain. Not worth price charged for the room. Will never come again. Not recommended for stays.

The price is very reasonable and the room is spacious. The surrounding has plenty of eateries and easy access to nearby shopping if you own a car. It is a good place to stay while working in the area.

This is my third stay here in 3 months. Strategically located for all travellers' needs (restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, ATMs, petrol stations, etc). All amenities are within walking distance. Rooms are clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, parking ample and safe. I purposely choose a hotel away from JB city center to avoid traffic congestion and parking issues. But JB is still near (less than 20 minutes away) if I needed to visit. But if you wish to stay here, choose room with a window. You pay slightly more but not by much.

The room is very clean and cosy. The staffs are very helpful. The lobby is clean and the interior of the lobby is beautiful with the decoration of fake waterfall. Easy access to the bank and restaurant. There is a night market near this hotel. Just in front of the hotel. And there are food stalls as well. The are many car parks too. If you want to go out in the night, the staff will help you to reserve the car park if there are many people come to the night market.

For traveller going for medical check up in Regency Hospital Masai -JB, this hotel is best place for your temporary accomodation.

The Hotel is new and clean, but breakfast food is limited..just serve u with Prata Kwetiau/Mie goreng.

As for the location is very convenient, many shophouses around and near "Today Market".
