The Manager (so called) is just a hang out and has no knowledge of anything either within the Home stay or of Sakhleshpur tourist spots. His only interest is to go to gym everyday and was sorta rude in solving problems. Though the rooms are nice and big, but No AIRCONDITIONING...so a do not visit when in summer. One of the rooms there was water leakage and Geyser was not working..... The food is simple...but the cooking staff is nice and smiling and ready to help. They did a barbeque chicken which was very nice. Unfortunately the cooks cannot make food as desired but only as instructed by the owners who sit in Bangalore. Remote control often fails. The outside maintenance is also very poor with so much greenery one could have made a beautiful place. The owners sit in Bangalore so not much involvement in looking after the property. The WiFi facility is through a dongle so very erratic. For everything you have to remind the so called manager. One morning there was no water and he had to be woken up to put the motor ON.…

The property is located in a 69 acres of coffee and pepper plantation and a lot more other trees and woods. It was a very relaxing stay. You can atke a stroll around. Infact we took our tent and put it near a water body.

Beautiful quite bungalow in the middle of coffee plantation. Very well organised rooms with all the amenities including wifi in this part of country. They organised barbecue outdoor for us to celebrate my wife's birthday. Very helpful caretaker. Overall a lovely place for a short break with great location and good local food.
