My experience at Ocean Cliff was nothing short of amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, spacious. Sitting right on the water/ocean, there are no better views. Waking up to blue water right in front of you every morning was astounding. Their Blue Mahoe restaurant is really good too. The best part of my experience at the hotel was the hotel staff. Their staff are the nicest people I've ever met. Front desk, servers, bartenders, drivers, you name it. They all treat you with such generosity in the same way. I recommend Ocean Cliff 10 out of 10 times for anyone visiting Negril, Jamaica.

Hotel's Favourite
I stayed in the Bridal Suite and it has the most comfy bed in Jamaica! Coldest AC and hot water in the shower too which is rare in Jamaica. Blue Mahoe restaurant is great too, try the Eggs Benedict, it was my favorite. The resort is beautiful and Heather the manager is excellent! Good job y’all !

Ocean Cliff is about 3 mins from the Negril square. Easy to find, right on the main to West End. The entire experience was excellent. The rooms were clean and beautifully put together. It's right on the ocean, so you can dive right in, but it's deep, so if you can't swim, I recommend sticking to the saltwater pool. And it is not your average 'salted' saltwater pool. They pump the water directly from the ocean, every day. The Spa is also awesome and inexpensive. Be sure to ask for Winsome, she has magic hands. Services are performed outdoors so you get to relax to the sounds of the waves. The restaurant, Blue Mahoe is open to the public, so you don't have to be staying at the hotel to come and dine. The food is consistently gooooood!! Everything had taste and flavor from the first to the last bite. They offer a bit of international and local items on the menu. I could go on and on about this little boutique hotel and all its charms by what stood out most of all were the PEOPLE!!! I'm local and I have visited a number of similar hotels that tend to treat locals differently. I think it is the thought process that locals do not tip. But I have to say that this the staff made me feel like a tourist in a foreign land. They were sweet and accommodating. They were informative and considerate. They ensure everything was to your liking. They followed up and extended themselves to ensure that you had a wonderful stay. They were fun-loving and easy to talk to. I'm introverted, so conversations with new people are not my strong suit but they had me laughing and chatting every time I had an encounter with any member of staff. And this was everyone I encountered in my short stay, which was over a dozen persons. Go to Ocean Cliff. The personalized service will be one you never forget.…

This hotel upon arrival was welcoming just from the outside. The property is well kept and beautiful, and the staff was friendly. The cottages are modern, clean and bright. Sitting on the ocean it has an unobstructed view which is beautiful throughout the day. I appreciate the quietness compared to being at an all inclusive hotel.

Made an account so i write this review. Staff are super friendly. Room is clean and great. Facility is gorgeous. 10/10. Would recommend . Definitely coming bk. Gorogus sun set can be seen from the hotel.
