Here for a special wedding reception. Rooms well designed and quiet and although we were in room 13 there was nothing bad about it. The wedding reception venue buffet and staff were fab. Reasonable drinks at the bar too. After having paid silly amounts for drinks a two hotel wedding/ event in the last year or so 750 for a...

Shoot dinner with friends. Room to stay was very good. Hotel warm and clean, Food on the night not good at all, Beef sliced and bought in, rewarmed and served with awful roast potatoes and even worst veg, Could not believe how bad things were, Did not stay for breakfast

We visit this hotel most Sundays for their wonderful Sunday Carvery - it's really the best around. We've been eating here for 5-6 years and also had our wedding here - which was superb. The rooms are lovely and it's handy for the M1. Sadly, although the food is superb and their chefs are always polite and professional, the clientele...

Great hotel, Great location, right off junction 29. The staff are awesome and always ready and willing to help. My room was cleaned perfectly everyday. Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for 9 nights whilst visiting family. You should get the breakfast option, all locally sourced items and it's cooked to perfection everyday without fail.

Due to illness we had to reschedule our stay at Twin Oaks but Mark the manager couldn't have been more helpful. We had a lovely new room with a patio area. Beautifully clean and very comfortable. The shower was amazingly powerful in the spacious bathroom. The restaurant were very helpful in accomodating a vegan diet and the chef gave us...

Mentioned at time of booking that this was a wedding anniversary treat for me and the wife and was given a free room upgrade and breakfast thrown in for a few extra pounds. Wasn't disappointed on check in, turned out we were given a suite! Room was spacious, spotless and even had our own little decking area. In the evening...

Stayed here after booking last minute due to business - staying away around 3 nights a week with work, I can be quite picky with hotels but was quite pleased with this place. Strange place to be honest and the lay out of a bit different. I stayed in the annex building to the rear of the main hotel /...

This is a very strange hotel that I picked up on late rooms because it is very close to the motorway. It is like someone stayed in a hotel in the 70s and decided to open one without seeing what has changed in the last 40 years. The room I am in is OK if a little cold. Food is...

We stayed for New Year's Eve 2016 and were really pleased with the hotel. It's easy to find, just off the M1 J29 but you'd never know it as it's quiet and looks out on countryside. The outside is quite plain but it's far nicer inside. The staff were really helpful, arrangements were generously made for our baby with no...
