Staff were very friendly. Room was small but adequate. Nice clean bathroom with ample facilities. Some fixtures and fittings could do with an update but pleasent enough. Ordered room service and the gentlemen who took the oreer and delivered it was very friendly. Good location just off the M1. Ideal little hotel for an overnight stay.

Stayed in a family room (room 35), great size and facilities available. The king size bed was lovely and comfortable however, the bathroom needs maintaining. The paint is peeling off, the floor isn't fixed to the wall properly, the under floor feels like you're walking on soil and the grime in the shower screen was disgusting!! The toilet doesn't flush...

A very comfortable night was had in our suite. A lovely big bed meant a great nights sleep. The small terrace area was a treat. Especially on a warm evening. Or a crisp morning with a cup of the complimentary coffee. Everything was lovely and clean. No complaints at all.

I've stayed at the Twin Oaks before and it ticks lots of boxes: good location just off the M1, reasonably priced, interesting well presented rooms and fine food. I like this place a lot. What I don't like is arriving late, finding the reception closed (and shuttered) and when I call the 'late check-in' phone number, get no reply and...

We recently stayed for a night at the Twin Oaks. When I made the booking I was told that they would have a wedding party in the hotel for a meal followed by a disco which would continue until half past midnight. However they said they could offer a quiet room. When we checked in we were given a ground...

I have stayed at the Twin Oaks several times; sometimes to break my journey (it's very conveniently located near J29 of the M1) and on other occasions when working in the area. My lasting recollections are, in particular, the food (particularly, excellent fillet steaks) and associated service. So I decided to stay here again when working locally. The check-in process...

Excellently located just off J29 off the M1 but in a dip so no motorway noise. Our room was not large but had a large bed, was tastefully decorated and very clean. Towels and bed linen were good. Staff were extremely helpful particularly th gentleman on reception on checking in. There is a small restaurant but we chose to eat...

Stayed in suite with terrace, well worth the extra. Clean and amazing bed. Staff very good and phoned to advise us of a wedding taking place, could not have been more helpful. Food was good and plentiful.
