1. Called to get airport shuttle. Told to be at platform in an hour. Waited 2.5 hours in Summer heat. No arrival. Called again...was told never called or reserved. Had to take cab. 2. Got to hotel...explained the situation. Was told needed to reserve 24 hours in advance. Okay...great. tell me that during first call... 3. Wifi and internet is horrible. 2 bars wifi and very slow connection. 4. No food nearby. No restaurants nearby. Had to eat at their restaurant. Ordered cheese pizza: $11 USD as their exchange rate was 16.5 pesos to USD. On date of this review...21 pesos to US$. Pizza was less than frozen pizza quality. Ordered club sandwhich..very little meat and seemed that lettuce and tomato were warmed up with meat on untoasted Bimbo Brand bread. Cheeseburger was very small and more bread than meat. 5. Air conditioning freezes room out. No way to turn AC down as thermostat did not work. Asked for blankets twice. Did not receive after multiple requests. 6. The other guests we spoke with were equally disgruntled. Rooms that had not been cleaned...no towels with multiple requests. We ended up giving our neighbor a towel. The 6 items above are the negatives and I would normally list positives 1st...but I feel bad for anyone staying here. The positives: 1. Nice facility. Modern with USB outlets which was nice. 2. Nice pool. 3. Nice television. 4. Property has a lot of potential once new Outlet Mall is opened in 2022. 5. If Management either changes or receives more funding and gets people who care about their guests this might turn into a good budget location located across from Moon Palace. Hoping they figure things out. Our experience was miserable...however did not have to be. I hope they read the reviews and learn.

My family and I stayed for one night at this hotel, and I wished we had not. The hotel shuttle took over an hour to pick us up. The restaurant was empty when we sat down, and it took over 30 minutes for someone to take our order. The morning breakfast was a complete nightmare. When we arrived to grab some coffee, there were over 30 people in line. My husband sat out by the pool and has many bites marks on his legs from I'm not sure if it is ants or spiders. This is probably the worst hotel we have stayed in a while in Cancun. This hotel doesn't provide blankets, only sheets.

Dear client we appreciate your feedback and observations regarding your past stay with us. Our shuttle service, being collective, picks up many guests at the different gates, which can be delayed if there is any flight delay or delay in customs and apologize for this inconvenience as we know you are tired and want to get to your hotel. We appreciate your feedback on our FB service which we will work on improvement in order to give you a better service

If you need a great place to sleep arriving or leaving cancun, this is the perfect option. Transfer included, good breakfast, very clean and GREAT rooms. One piece of advice: extend restaurant hours (it runs until 10pm which may not work if flight arrives after that).

The stay for 1 night was OK... I like the simple design of the room. The shower was leaking and there was an issue with the sink. Also, there is a weird smell in the room... Breakfast was mediocre, but really good coffee machine. Free shuttle to the airport and friendly stuff.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with an Airport Hotel. Far from everything restaurants and shops, no one delivery food, and Uber Eats isn’t available in this area. The hotel looks nice, but other than that, they don’t know how to treat a customer. Terrible customer service starting with Once I arrived at the airport, my shuttle drive was not there, I waited for over TWO FREAKING HOURS, and nothing. After calling them and asking for my driver, over and over, (I called them around 10 times, and they answered twice). L. Daniel, the receptionist is very unorganized. He told me that I was not at the meeting spot (Margaritaville) to meet with the driver when I was there for TWO FREAKING HOURS. I tried to get my money back, but I had to pay U$157 to cancel, this is ridiculous. The curtain of my room is pretty much transparent, no privacy. My room was the 246, and clearly people that were outside could see me inside. I read the reviews and everyone says the food sucks, and now I’m stuck in the hotel, no Uber nearby, no food being able to be delivered. And I’m not going to try the food since everyone says it tastes like frozen food and not worthy. The customer service is so bad that the answer for every bad review is LITERALLY THE SAME, clearly the manager doesn’t speak English “ Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review. I apologize for this bad experience. All your comments are essential to improve our service. We will make sure that your complaints are transmitted to everyone and we hope that you give us the opportunity that on your next visit we can compensate that bad experience. We hope to see you soon!” This place is hilarious, no worthy, I should have went to Marriott Fairfield, for U$20 more!! I’M NOT COMING BACK

Dear client we appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconveniences you mention in your review. As we are outside Cancun, the food deliveries are not available. We have been working on our menus so our clients can have the option of dining in our hotel, as well our menu has changed since your past stay with us.
